“The house location is very good and the view is great. The beds were comfortable and sheets were clean. However this house has a heavy damp smell, especially basement rooms. The couches were not clean in the living room. The dishwasher was old and didn’t clean the dishes properly. The kitchen sink disposal was not working well.”

“We’ve been renting homes on this strip for the past 7 years, but this was our first time staying here. The location is definitely a highlight and one of the best things about the home. The house was also clean, which we appreciated. There were a few things that we feel could be improved. One of our biggest concerns was that we were not informed prior to our stay that toilet paper could not be flushed down the toilets. We understand that this may be necessary for the property, but we feel it is important information that should be clearly communicated to guests before booking so they know what to expect. The furniture felt dated and not very comfortable. Also the grill was rusted out at the bottom, we had to cover it with foil. Other properties we have stayed at use digital keypads, this one still uses a key which is inconvenient. We feel the pictures didn’t accurately depict the property as well. Having said all that the property was clean and had plenty of space. Can’t beat the area.”

“Amazing views of the ocean, sounds of the waves make this a very special place. It’s ready for a remodel, though, as the property is aging quite a bit…esp, old carpet and old tv set. Regardless, we loved our stay!”
