“The beach house was perfectly located across the street from our cottage to host the rest of our large family. The house was nice and updated. The back yard fire pit was a plus. This is a great location…a few minute walk to a nice private beach. James responded quickly…no issues with our stay. The only area of improvement would be the couches have pull out beds and there was sand from previous guests.”
