“The place is perfect. AC is each bedroom was so refreshing, and my family loved the massive living room to watch movies at night. Very large kitchen and perfect dining table for the family. The location is also awesome! I was able to walk to three different beaches each morning. The shopping center is also just a 10 minute walk, so we easily popped over for breakfast and lunch. Would absolutely come back to this Airbnb. Worth 5/5 stars.”airbnb

“The space was great inside. It was nice to have 2 pull out beds to accommodate our whole family. One bedroom was upstairs the other downstairs so felt very spacious. The only issue was finding the building and the door to enter. The garage was below and to enter the house was on the 2nd story and just didn’t make sense the garage went to it? Lol very hard to find at night when the lighting isn’t great.”airbnb

“My Fiancé and I stayed here and really enjoyed the ocean views in every room and the privacy! It’s nice to have more space when staying longer periods of time which this place provided for us. We also loved the connivence of being able to walk to the beach and coffee/food! Would 100% recommend to anyone, and would definitely stay here again. :)”airbnb

“Your place was amazing. I love Princeville right over the hill from Hanalei bay and just a beautiful area overall. Very close to the grocery store and restaurants.”airbnb

“This place was amazing! We were a party of six and we had plenty of space! The A/C was great in the bedrooms and even the 2nd shower being outside was not an inconvenience (added bonus was the chickens squawking!). The kitchen had everything; there were bath and beach towels, and the the location was great. Excellent communication for the couple of questions we had. We LOVED Kauai and hope to make it back soon - and would absolutely stay at this home in Princeville.”airbnb

“We loved our stay here. The area is beautiful and a close drive or walk to Poipu Beach. It’s also close to some of the many of the food places we wanted to eat at. Our family enjoyed our vacation here!”airbnb

“This property was awesome for our party of 9. Initially we had a house on Anini Beach but it was cancelled at the last minute due to the floods in the spring so we had to scramble at the last minute and found this property. Honestly, it was the best thing that could have happened. Gorgeous neighborhood (complete with baby Albatrosses), wonderful pool, close to everything yet lots of privacy. The bedrooms on the lower level had window air units but the main suite did not. However, between the overhead fan, floor fan and windows that opened to the tropical breezes, we were very comfortable. HUGE bonus was two washers and two dryers, pool and hot tub, a ping pong table and the use of beach chairs and equipment. We definitely will rent this property when we return to Princeville.”airbnb

“We had a lovely stay. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen well stocked with dishes and pans. We loved the balcony and view. It was nice we did not hear our neighbors that were upstairs and around us.... just the sound of waves and rain at times. I was happy that parking was close to the house and not an issue at all.”airbnb

“We really enjoyed our time here. The location was great, you could easily walk to the beach. The water pressure was very good and the pool was very nice too. You can see the ocean from there but not from the condo. Checking in was a little confusing as they have building 8 listed as the address but it's actually Building 6. And I had to message them for the code to get in. The air conditioning wasn't working upon arrival so after lugging all 7 of our bags uphill to get in- it was very HOT inside. My husband watched YouTube and did a reset on the system before their ac guy arrived about an hour later. I called and left a message and repeatedly asked them to call me through the messaging system but only got written responses. After we got it all working, the unit cooled down by about 10pm. We asked for an extra hour at checkout for the inconvenience and they said No- sorry. Overall the place was good, the hospitality could have been better.”airbnb
