“Location was exactly as pictured and described. Wonderful location for a family. Short walk to the beach and conveniently located across the street from the grocery store. Communication with Candace was excellent as well. She was always quick to respond. Highly recommend the host and the rental unit!”

“Perfect location and the pictures don’t do it justice! The views and accommodations were amazing. With easy access to the pool and the ocean steps away, it was an ideal setup for relaxation. Easy walk to the Coconut Marketplace for some fun shopping and Lava Lava Beach Club for live music in the evenings with seating overlooking the ocean. Also very central when it comes to traversing the island with a car. Communication was super simple with the messaging function in the Airbnb app and everyone was very responsive. I highly recommend this space (and the host!). I would definitely choose this place again. “We had a wonderful stay for our family of 4, the unit is very spacious and comfortable. We loved the central location on the island and proximity to Smith's Luau, Lydgate Park and all the great spots to eat and shop in Kapaa. The host is very communicative and helpful (like when I couldn't find the laundry detergent which she let me know might be on the floor next to the washer where I ended up finding it). It would be nice if pillows and blankets could be updated as those were a bit worn but everything was in great shape and the pool area is amazing. We appreciated the beach equipment in the condo available to use as well, especially the beach chairs.”

“Candace’s place is as advertised and had more supplies than we expected! Great location, convenient to the airport, grocery store, pharmacy, shaved ice, restaurants and more. We all enjoyed the pool, hot tubs and slides! If you are looking to see both the North and South of the island and stay in a lovely condo, look no farther! We did not want to leave!”

“There was an error with the listing, which saids there were 4 beds - it turned out there were only 3. Since this was a work trip and we are all coworkers, that was a problem for us. However, Cathy responded to me within 20 minutes of my message, apologized, and explained that there it was something to do with the software they use for their listings making the error. She offered me a unit in another building about a mile away, and within a half hour she had that unit ready and waiting. It was a much bigger space and it had A/C (which the original one did not). We still needed an air mattress (as the new unit did not a sofabed) and within an hour of my request, there was someone knocking at the door to drop off a very nice air mattress and clean sheets! Also, the clean-up instructions were minimal (unusual for an AirBnb these days), so we weren't frantically running at 6:30am on the day we were leaving to empty trash or start laundry.”

“Our stay was amazing! The condo was spacious and gorgeous with all the kitchen stuff needed. Walk off the lanai to Adirondack chairs at the beach was perfection for morning coffee. Absolutely beautiful setting. Pool and hot tubs were nice but honestly we barely used them as we were out exploring the gorgeous island of Kauai. Awesome location with easy walk to many restaurants and Safeway across the street from resort. Hostess was an amazing communicator. Highly recommend this condo. It was perfect for our family of 4 (two teenagers)”

“We had an excellent stay. The unit is clean and has everything a family of 4 could possibly need. We loved the property and especially the pool and it was centrally located close to all of the excursions we wanted to do. We had a slight issue with the door lock and it was addressed promptly. Top notch service! We hope to one day return! Definitely recommend.”
