“We had a wonderful stay here! It was the perfect home base for exploring Yellowstone. So nice to unwind in the private hot tub after a long day of hiking.”

“This was a splurge for us, and our expectations were not quite met. However, the cons by no means ruined our stay, we just felt a bit disappointed for the money we spent. Cons: Some PlayStation games didn’t work, only one charger that worked for only some of the controllers—on our down days our kids were bummed about this. Cobwebs, previous guest clothing left behind, pink mold on bathroom shower curtain. Fireplace didn’t work first 2 days, but they were quick to fix it. No wine glasses. Worn furniture, needs paint, etc. all minor, but like I said, just felt like for what we paid things would be nicer. Nextdoor neighbors RVs that they live in look right at backyard/fire pit—did not feel private. Pros: sauna, jacuzzi, mostly stocked kitchen items.”

“The way the Airbnb was described and it was $630 a night. I feel we did not get our value. A lot of things were not done when we checked in. When I booked it, it said not pet friendly . They have since changed this to pet friendly. When we arrived there were pet hairs on couch, carpet and Master bedroom comforter. Trash was full, Dishwasher was not clean, Laundry was left in dryer and washing machine. There were tall weeds upfront and back yard. It felt that they just were not ready for us.”

“We enjoyed our stay and surrounding Yellowstone areas. The home was comfortable and we enjoyed the beautiful views and jogs by the lake. We had a rough check in as the cleaners were not finished when we arrived after 5 pm. Overall a good experience and the home was spacious with plenty of room for our family.”

“The home was located within a quiet, private neigobrhood. It has great views of the mountains and wildlife was often visible from a distance. The home was sleek, modern, and contained all of the necessary appliances for preparing meals. The garage doors provided a unique indoor- outdoor living experience. I would recommend planning ahead and grocery shopping before entering the immediate area. The local grocery stores have a significant markup on all items. While I don’t think it directly affected our stay, I do feel many of the potential fines/penalties they’ve listed for excess trash and maintenance fees felt excessive for the nightly pricing of the location.”

“DISAPPOINTED! The house is very spacious with 5 rooms and is in a great location. However, it was not as new or clean as it appeared in the photos. The patio chairs were covered in dust, and even the furniture inside felt old and dusty. The bed sheets did not feel or smell clean, and there was hair in the silverware drawer. We didn’t expect the extra sheets in the closets to be freshly cleaned, but we did expect the sheets on the beds to be clean and ready for guests. They provide only one roll of toilet paper and no trash bags. The worst part is that these details were disclosed only three days before the trip, after the booking had already become non-refundable. If you’re looking for a clean, hassle-free stay without having to think about buying basic necessities, this place may not be the right choice for you.”

“We had a nice long weeks stay here. It was surrounded by beautiful views and was extremely relaxing. Within 30 mins of West Yellowstone and we spent a lot of time at the park during the day. We chose this cabin for several reasons but a big one was for the game room, however while we did use it a few nights, we didn't use that as much as we would have liked as it was extremely cold down there. So if you are from the South like us, just bring comfy clothes you can bundle up in and you will be okay. There were space heaters that you can take down to help with some of the coldness. The rest of the cabin was very comfortable. Overall we had a great time and enjoyed our stay here.”

“Cute place within walkable distance from downtown. Some of the outlets weren’t working and there weren’t many cups/plates available. Would recommend bringing plastics if you plan on eating in with more than three people. Pool and hot tub are indoors which was amazing for or winter visit.”
