“It was nice and quiet”

“Clean and cozy!”

“The water was turned off at the time of check in up until about 10 pm. During that time, the host failed to inform me that they sent a contractor to turn off the water to address a leak. The water was off and the host was unavailable for a phone call or message (no response). Only after we left did the host respond asking if we are coming back after the water being turned off for hours (starting mid-shower, too). No apology, refused refund, and denied it was their fault even though they paid for a contractor who turned off the water.”

“My brother and I are with our wives (all retired) and we are on our bucket list vacation in Alaska and this was by far the worst Airbnb that we stayed in. Everything at this Airbnb was done as cheap as possible and needs a lot of updates. This place 1) charged to do laundry 2) Had cracks in the door seal that allowed spiders to come in 3) had a missing TV remote 4) did not have a toaster 5) had 4 inch gaps under the bedroom door that let light and noise in 6) used folding tables as night stands…cheap - cheap - cheap. Will not recommend this place to family and friends.”

“We needed a place for ten and Kelli’s place accommodated all of us. I would go again for one night. It is old, but adequate for sleeping. It was fun to be close to the glacier and places to eat.”

“Juneau is an amazing place to hike and explore. Being close to the glacier and away from downtown was nice. The front 2nd floor deck was a nice place to hang out. This rental was great for our big group and the coziness made it even better.”

“The place was true to description, unfortunately just not a good fit for our large group of students.”

“Place was not clean at all- found dog poop and dirt first thing in living room floor, corndog stick under sofa when it was moved into place away from table, toys in living room like small bingo balls and leggo pieces all over which dogs and toddler could put in mouth mistakenly. Heater has red light indicating replace filter and beeps really loudly every 5 minutes to let you know- also not enough blankets so really cold at night in bed, if you closed the doors to any rooms for privacy. Kitchen had labels which did not contain items listed and poorly stocked, if you could find certain things. Owner responded but honestly who wants to get to a place and then have them clean it or fix the heater during the time I am supposed to be enjoying a relaxing time.”

“Kelly is a terrible host. She's a horrible person. She's a monster. She likes texting people putting them down and talking to s*** to them because she thinks she's better than everybody else. She makes fake invoices charging people more money and apparently has cameras in her airley. I'm honestly surprised she even is currently still doing business at this point. She probably has some lawsuits coming at her that she doesn't know about yet, also I would not do business with her if I were you Airbnb Just saying she's a monster”

“The heating didn't work for the first half of the week of our stay. I messaged the host and didn't receive any help. I messaged airbnb for a refund by the time i got help from anybody we got the heat to work.”
