“This was our first stay at Coastal Breeze, and it won't be our last! We have been coming to the Cape each year since 2008, and honestly this was one of the best places we've stayed. Julie was such an attentive host, making sure we had everything we needed leading up to our stay, and answering any questions we had. The house itself was great, plenty of room for us all, and a great and quiet neighborhood close to all the activities you would want around Eastham. Would definitely recommend this place, five stars isn't enough!”

“Super clean. Well equipped kitchen. We were a simple visit so we didn't use the grill, games, cellar stuff, bikes, yard, outdoor shower, TV, etc., but it had lots of amenities. Nice central location for our needs of a comfortable bed to sleep in, a quick morning getaway, and nice evening meals on the deck. We opted to bring our own linens so no need to wash laundry before leaving. Easy peazy. Quiet enough off of Route 6, which was super important to us. I would definitely stay there again!”

“We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The house is very spacious with four rooms, perfect for families or groups of friends. The backyard and deck were great for relaxing, grilling, playing volleyball, and letting the kids enjoy the playground. There’s also a beautiful beach less than 5 minutes away. The location was perfect — close to Orleans for restaurants, supermarkets, and CVS, and only about 30 minutes from Provincetown. The host was wonderful, very communicative, and even left us a thoughtful little gift at the beginning of our stay, which made us feel so welcomed. Our kids, friends, and family all loved it, and we would definitely come back again!”

“First time in Cape Cod, and I wasn't disappointed. Couldn't ask for a more glorious stay. The house was exactly as pictured and described. Plenty of space to move about and decorated peacefully. Every amenity you could think of was included, and Julie went out of her way to keep in contact with us and help in any way. Clear instructions for check-in, check-out, and useful information for during the stay. Even the landscaping was thoughtfully curated and beautifully private. A great place for a solo traveler, couple, family, multiple families, girls trips, etc. I went with my two teenagers and dog and we all enjoyed our time. Perfect location for any season! Thank you so much, Julie, for such a wonderful long weekend! Looking forward to returning.”

“Wonderful stay at Julie and Dave’s house in Eastham on the Outer Cape (COD). Solo traveling retired woman, enjoyed peaceful quiet neighborhood just off the Main Route 6 close to everything. House has everything you need and more, large yard, deck, basement filled with full sized game tables like air hockey, pool, foosball, 6 beds in 4 bedrooms fabulous for family vacation. Coastal vibe throughout was great, warm and cozy. A great generous welcome bag greets you when you arrive, all the little extras like dishpan, shampoo, tp, etc all there if you didn’t bring your own. Enjoyed great meals out few nights in eastham and Wellfleet and had everything I needed to cook when staying in. Off season R&R at the Cape perfect. Thanks Again Julie and Dave”

“Our stay was perfect , we had everything we needed and more! The house was nice and clean with two bathrooms . The kitchen was also well stocked and easy to prepare meals. The bed was comfy and we brought our own linens. The location also was great - five minute drive to campground beach and 10 minutes to Nauset beach. The host Julie was very attentive and we are planing on coming back!”
