“Great location. Quiet neighborhood with little traffic. Only a couple minutes to RT6. Both bay and ocean beaches within minutes. Stop & Shop only 12 minutes away. House more than enough for 2 couples. With 4 bedrooms, a great place for families with kids. Large yard to play in. For me, the best thing about Meadow Breeze is the access to dozens of beaches, including the National Seashore. Large deck with a grill. Quiet neighborhood is very walkable. My wife took a 3-mile walk everyday. (Just watch out for the group of wild turkeys). Julie’s description is accurate. Kitchen well stocked. She was quick with responses. I would definitely stay here again.”

She checked in on us before and after arrival to make sure we had everything we needed or if we had any questions . Julie gave us an option of a late checkout. Very dog-friendly. Murphy loved his walks and lounging with us on the deck. Would love to stay at summer breeze again .”

“Lovely home in Eastham. Very close to Campground and Cook’s Brook beach on the bay. The deck and backyard were perfect for relaxing outside with our family. This house is perfect because it has 4 bedrooms that are spread out- 2 upstairs and 2 downstairs. You will feel right at home on your vacation. Julie is very nice and accommodating-a wonderful Airbnb host! Thank you! 🙏”

“My family enjoyed our stay in this Cape Cod home. It was in a great location close to many restaurants and stores. Fast easy drive to the beach. We enjoyed the sunsets at first encounter beach. It was great to be able to bring our dog and she had lots of room in the yard to run around. We enjoyed morning coffee and homemade donuts from the hole in one on the outside deck. My family enjoyed the ping pong table in the basement. The house has everything that you need. Thank you Julie for letting us stay in your home we had a great time!”

“This was our first stay at Coastal Breeze, and it won't be our last! We have been coming to the Cape each year since 2008, and honestly this was one of the best places we've stayed. Julie was such an attentive host, making sure we had everything we needed leading up to our stay, and answering any questions we had. The house itself was great, plenty of room for us all, and a great and quiet neighborhood close to all the activities you would want around Eastham. Would definitely recommend this place, five stars isn't enough!”

“First time in Cape Cod, and I wasn't disappointed. Couldn't ask for a more glorious stay. The house was exactly as pictured and described. Plenty of space to move about and decorated peacefully. Every amenity you could think of was included, and Julie went out of her way to keep in contact with us and help in any way. Clear instructions for check-in, check-out, and useful information for during the stay. Even the landscaping was thoughtfully curated and beautifully private. A great place for a solo traveler, couple, family, multiple families, girls trips, etc. I went with my two teenagers and dog and we all enjoyed our time. Perfect location for any season! “We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The house is very spacious with four rooms, perfect for families or groups of friends. The backyard and deck were great for relaxing, grilling, playing volleyball, and letting the kids enjoy the playground. There’s also a beautiful beach less than 5 minutes away. The location was perfect — close to Orleans for restaurants, supermarkets, and CVS, and only about 30 minutes from Provincetown. The host was wonderful, very communicative, and even left us a thoughtful little gift at the beginning of our stay, which made us feel so welcomed. Our kids, friends, and family all loved it, and we would definitely come back again!”
