“This is a great option for viewing the beach and beach access. Nice patio we enjoyed in the morning. Outside grills are showing their age, but that's an HOA issue. Place was clean, had everything we could need. Owner was very responsive on one issue that was immediately fixed and better than before. Lots of friendly people in the building. Great parking spot.”

“This is a great property. We booked it last minute after a maintenance cancellation at our previous property. Within a couple hours of booking, the owner reached out to help us in any way that he could. The property was a stone’s throw from the beach, had a pool, and was updated, clean, and spacious. Would absolutely stay here again. He also checked on us during the stay to make sure everything was ok.”

“When we learned the weather would be lovely, we hastily began planning a trip to Gulf Shores, and it came together with the help of an exceptional host. Since we hadn't planned ahead, yet we wanted a pet-friendly, Gulf-front condo, it was a difficult search. That is, until we messaged Lance about his West Corner unit. Not only did he reply promptly to a flurry of urgent questions, but he also offered suggestions that greatly enhanced our experience. The condo was exceptionally clean, well-organized, and comfortably furnished. It is well-suited for pets, with a rack for hanging your dog leash by the door, wood-look tile flooring, and leather furniture in the living room. Plus, the place smelled fresh, unlike some rentals where we encountered odors. The bathrooms seemed freshly remodeled and featured upgrades such as timers for the water closet fans. Its location right on the beach was important to us & we even found places to dine within walking distance. Thanks again, Lance!”
