“Great spot! Responsive hosts, nice neighbors, fun spot above the town, and just around the bend from the Boreas Pass Trailhead. We stayed for a month and had plenty of amenities to just walk in and feel at home.”

“We had an absolutely amazing weekend in Breckenridge with two of our best friends, and the accommodations were perfect. The two-bedroom suite offered great space and privacy for two couples while still letting us enjoy time together. The location was fantastic and so convenient to everything, and communication from booking through checkout was excellent. Overall, the beautiful accommodations and outstanding service made for a truly memorable getaway —we would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!”

“This was the best airbnb I’ve stayed in quite a while. The kitchen was very well equipped, it is a great little walkable community, and we loved the pool and back patio. It was well designed for our 3 and 5 year old as well with no clutter and nice perks like pool towels. We went ll definitely try to stay here again for our annual summer trip to Breck!”

From the moment we stepped inside, we were blown away by the stunning decor—it was beautifully styled, thoughtfully curated, and somehow felt both high-end and deeply cozy all at once. The location couldn't have been better, surrounded by breathtaking, tranquil views that made it hard to leave the property. Morning coffee on the patio immersed in those surroundings was an absolute highlight of our trip. To top it all off, our host was amazing! So welcoming, responsive, and attentive to every detail, ensuring we had everything we needed for a flawless stay. We are already counting down the days until we can return. “We enjoyed a great week staying at your place! The Roku TV worked well. The bed was comfortable. Nice newer appliances. Quiet summer location. We walked downtown once which took about 1/2 hour (approx. 1.2 miles). An added bonus was the nearby bus stop approx. 100 yards down the hill located on 'Broken Lance Drive'. The 'free' bus (the Gray line) came by every 20 minutes and took us downtown, to the 'free' gondola, the troll, etc. So, because of the bus, we didn't have to deal as much with driving, traffic, and parking. And the bus drivers were friendly and helpful. I'd love to stay at your place again sometime!”
