“Spacious, clean and ideally located condo for easy walking access to Breckenridge. We enjoyed our morning coffee on the patio, with scenic views of the Tenmile range. The fireplace and large living room with large couches were both great for socializing and unwinding after out mountain excursions”

“There were 18 of us celebrating a girls reunion weekend had an amazing time! Everyone in comfortable beds. Super close to walk into Frisco, hiking close by, kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for the weekend. Loved the hot tub! Views were lovely and we were visited by 2 moose. Definitely recommend.”

Pool was clutch for the kiddos (clearer instructions on where to get towels would’ve been helpful)- peak 9 was closed due to lack of snow, and clearer directions on how to get to base would have been helpful. Felt like we had to figure that out on our own and took us a little bit to figure it out. The parking was a little bit of an inconvenience but not that bad. The place was a nice size and very comfortable. Feels a bit dated though and might need some upgrades and maintenance. Had plenty of kitchen stuff for cooking though!”
