“Joseph, the host, was very responsive and helpful. I spent the weekend with our daughter celebrating her 30th birthday and had such a memorable time together. Beautiful pool and comfortable living space. The beds were great-slept so well! Lot's a great restaurants in the area. We had a riveting game of pickleball right there on sight, also! Although we didn't have young kids with us, there were lots of families there and we loved seeing the happy children playing in the pool--great place for families! Wonderful time away--thank you Joseph for providing such a nice place!”

“We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The view overlooking the pool and ocean was absolutely beautiful and made our mornings and evenings so relaxing. The property was very neat, clean, and stocked with everything we needed to feel comfortable during our stay. My family really enjoyed having both the pool and beach options. We spent one day relaxing poolside and the other days enjoying the beach, which made the trip even more special. Thank you for helping make this family trip such a wonderful memory for us. We will definitely be back!”

“This is a very nice, clean and spacious poolside cabana. It seemed like it was updated very recently, including new kitchen appliances and two king size beds. The mattresses were extremely comfortable and there was an abundance of brand new pillows. The owner is local, and by local I mean that they live in the area and personally manage other condos in the building. I was sitting outside on the patio watching the poolside activity one morning and Joe walked by, said hello and introduced himself and made sure that everything was going great on our stay. I mentioned a very minor issue that we had noticed and he immediately took care of it. He even circled back later in the day to make sure we were happy. You can't get more responsive than that. Communication from them from beginning to end was detailed and outstanding. We had a great stay and would highly recommend.”

“This place was a great find for our family! The villa has enough room for 3 adults and our two silly toddlers to move around. Also you can’t beat the mere steps to the amazing pools at the palms of Destin. It was also very close to the beach and had easy shuttle transportation to and from the beach and harbor walk! Joe and Laura were very helpful and gave us a ton of great info prior to arrival. 20/10 can’t wait to come back! 💜☀️”

“We had a nice, peaceful getaway for the weekend and really enjoyed how private everything felt. The main downside was having trouble getting into our room and needing to reset our room keys about three times throughout the trip. Other than that, we had a relaxing stay. Easy instructions.”

“The condo was pretty and we still had a good trip overall, but there are a few things future guests should know. The pillows and pullout couch bed were very uncomfortable, and the smaller bedroom mattress is very worn with noticeable indents. Kitchen knives were extremely dull and the cookware was old/worn, making cooking difficult. Be aware the host only provides a very small starter pack of essentials, so you’ll need to buy things like detergent, coffee, seasonings, paper products, etc., which was frustrating since we flew in. There is also a $30/day resort fee added on top of the Airbnb price. The large pool was freezing in May and the only heated pool stayed crowded. The resort itself feels outdated and not very maintained. The beach across the street is tiny and crowded, but Henderson Beach State Park nearby was much nicer. Definitely rent a car because this area is not walkable. The shuttle also only ran on weekends during our stay. Resort restaurant was also very disappointing.”

“The location was good, but the water was shut off when we arrived. We couldn’t take showers or use the restrooms. This was a huge inconvenience to us, being that we traveled over 2hrs to get there. No water until 12 midnight & there were no accommodations considering what the villa costed. The host suggested that we use the restroom in the hotel, which if that were the case I should have just booked our stay at the hotel. We paid an additional $30 per day for the cleaning services, but the host wanted us to clean before leaving. So what would be the purpose of the cleaning service? I pay for convenience, but this stay was an inconvenience & we did not enjoy the entire stay. Maybe under different circumstances the stay would have been nice, but for us & what we paid it was not a good experience.”

“Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt hier wirklich sehr genossen. Man kommt rein und fühlt sich sofort wohl – genau so stellt man sich Urlaub vor. Die Wohnung ist sehr großzügig geschnitten, modern eingerichtet und die Möbel wirken alle noch ziemlich neu und gepflegt. Besonders positiv: Die Bauarbeiten am Strand waren bei unserer Ankunft bereits abgeschlossen, sodass wir die volle Ruhe und den wunderschönen Strand ohne Einschränkungen genießen konnten – perfektes Timing, besser geht’s nicht! Ein echtes Highlight ist die Lage im 7. Stock – der Blick auf den Golf ist einfach traumhaft und macht jeden Morgen und Abend besonders. Einziger Nachteil: Man gewöhnt sich viel zu schnell daran… der Alltag danach fühlt sich plötzlich irgendwie falsch an 😄 Insgesamt eine wirklich tolle Unterkunft, die wir jederzeit wieder buchen würden. Klare Empfehlung!”

“Fridge was making a horrendous screeching noise. Messaged host and asked for someone to come fix it. They did not send a repair man. We had to deal with it the entire stay. Offered to move us to a condo that was smaller and would not accommodate my whole family and they felt that was enough. My family and my children were woken all night by the extremely loud noise. Also, the listing states its beachfront which is false and they state there’s a beach shuttle starting in March which is also false. Would never book here again. We couldn’t even get groceries because we had to keep unplugging the fridge to get a break from the noise. So no cold drinks either. Would not recommend.”
