“The price we paid to stay at the Splash Mountain cabin would have been okay if the below items hadn’t occurred.”airbnb

“We stayed for 4 nights. Unfortunately, the air conditioner was broken the entire time, and the temperature inside the house stayed around 83 degrees. The host responded within a reasonable amount of time, but the issue was never resolved before we checked out. Be aware that you’ll need to take your own trash to the entrance of the resort or you’ll be charged a $25 fee. The community pool is also much smaller than expected. The biggest concern was finding roaches in the kitchen. There were roach traps already in place, which suggests the owners were aware of the issue. Lastly, the grill was disappointing. It looked like a basic charcoal grill you would find at a public park rather than what we expected for a vacation rental. While communication from the host was decent, the unresolved air conditioning and pest issue made it difficult to fully enjoy our stay.”airbnb

“The address is not listed on the street. The name sign is small. We had to call the office twice and go get physical directions because of no service in the area, other than that everything was beautiful.”airbnb

“The place itself was very nice, plenty of space for the 8 of us who stayed there. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub, mini golf, theatre room and the upper deck. There was a lack of outdoor seating upstairs which isn't ideal, and having to buy some extra basics like hand soap and toilet paper. Overall good stay close by Gatlinburg, beautiful arts and crafts district on the road with many unique shops to enjoy.”airbnb

“Excellent stay & communication with host was amazing however speaking with management company wasn’t as pleasant. I had to call to gain entry because a email was never sent. But I did book 1 day before stay. Also the tv didn’t stream well so I had to call management company again and wasn’t as pleasant. The house is absolutely beautiful & very comfortable to stay in. A great retreat for relaxing.”airbnb

“First of all, it’s not worth price that you say your furniture was damaged. How could you rent a property out? You charge folks $400 a night with tax and fees $1000 would you please make sense to me tell me if you was in my situation and you stepped Foot in my property and saw how my house was I would accommodate your money back for the two nights and would apologize you and try to do better for my next client as me getting new furniture, but you didn’t care because it was not in that situation. This should be took off ANB app till further notice so he get new furniture.”airbnb

“Place was great. We loved it. Could have left a little more toilet paper and paper towels besides one roll”airbnb

“Great location! Great view! Overall 7/10 ~Drive way was a little scary (very narrow and needed to back down a hill) but after a few times in and out it got easier. ~Dish washer was full of water upon arrival and leaked. Was not able to use. ~ANTS! There were TONS of ants on lower level and main level bathrooms.”airbnb

“The unit itself was as described. Pay special attention to what is/is not provided. Compared to all other units I have stayed in previously, I found this unit less than adequate. Small initiatives speak volumes... like providing initial coffee pods, sugar, laundry detergent etc. These are minimal financial investments that really show appreciation to guests and encourage repeat business. That said, I will not be using Jimbo in the future. We will be using those who truly value their guests.”airbnb
