We were a group of 9 adults and 5 kids. The house was laid out perfectly. We had most of our meals at the house, plenty of dishes, pots and pans, everything you’d need. We enjoyed sitting around the fire pit overlooking the creek. It was a convenient location and we would happily rent again.

The place itself was very nice, plenty of space for the 8 of us who stayed there. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub, mini golf, theatre room and the upper deck. There was a lack of outdoor seating upstairs which isn't ideal, and having to buy some extra basics like hand soap and toilet paper. Overall good stay close by Gatlinburg, beautiful arts and crafts district on the road with many unique shops to enjoy.

Excellent stay & communication with host was amazing however speaking with management company wasn’t as pleasant. I had to call to gain entry because a email was never sent. But I did book 1 day before stay. Also the tv didn’t stream well so I had to call management company again and wasn’t as pleasant. The house is absolutely beautiful & very comfortable to stay in. A great retreat for relaxing.

First of all, it’s not worth price that you say your furniture was damaged. How could you rent a property out? You charge folks $400 a night with tax and fees $1000 would you please make sense to me tell me if you was in my situation and you stepped Foot in my property and saw how my house was I would accommodate your money back for the two nights and would apologize you and try to do better for my next client as me getting new furniture, but you didn’t care because it was not in that situation. This should be took off ANB app till further notice so he get new furniture.

Place was great. We loved it. Could have left a little more toilet paper and paper towels besides one roll

Great, spacious cabin for a family celebration. It felt private and like being in the trees. We had an issue with the hot tub but maintenance arrived about an hour later and fixed the issue. We also really enjoyed the pool and seeing the wildlife. Unfortunately, we had a terrible bear experience so lock your cars! Besides that it was a great, restful, weekend away thank you all!

We had a good stay here. The place is well kept, clean, everything worked, and there is plenty of space. Our host was also quite responsive. I had a question about the water treatment and he had someone there to look at before I even asked him to. They really seem to want you taken care of. Other general observations: This place was easy to get in and out of for someone handicapped or disabled. The driveway meats up level to the porch and all of the rooms are on the entry floor. The hot tub was clean and ready to use. The view of the hot tub is also isolated by woods and the house, so private as well. You should note though, there is a fairly high volume of traffic on the road. This house is near the entrance to a decent sized development so many vehicles pass by. The traffic was not offensive but noticeable.

The location was excellent but it is next to a busy road which makes it noisy. It’s very convenient to local attractions. We would definitely consider staying here again!

Great location! Great view! Overall 7/10 ~Drive way was a little scary (very narrow and needed to back down a hill) but after a few times in and out it got easier. ~Dish washer was full of water upon arrival and leaked. Was not able to use. ~ANTS! There were TONS of ants on lower level and main level bathrooms.

The unit itself was as described. Pay special attention to what is/is not provided. Compared to all other units I have stayed in previously, I found this unit less than adequate. Small initiatives speak volumes... like providing initial coffee pods, sugar, laundry detergent etc. These are minimal financial investments that really show appreciation to guests and encourage repeat business. That said, I will not be using Jimbo in the future. We will be using those who truly value their guests.
