“Cleaning supplies, bathrooms tissue need improved”

“This is a nice condo with beautiful views. It was very quiet gated community so it felt very safe. The only complaint I had was that it’s very bright in the condo at night even with the room darkening shades pulled the bedroom is lit from the lights in the hallway outside and there’s nothing you can do about that, and the electronics in the kitchen are very bright if you’re sleeping on the pullout sofa.”

“Overall, we enjoyed our stay and had a great vacation. The location is beautiful, check-in was easy, and everything went smoothly. That said, I do feel this Airbnb is significantly overpriced for what it offers. The photos, particularly the use of the mirror, made the space appear much larger than it actually is. In reality, I would not recommend it for more than two people, as it feels quite cramped. The pool also closed at 10:00 p.m., which was disappointing, especially since neighboring properties kept their pools open later while ours was already closed. Despite those drawbacks, we still had an enjoyable trip. If the price better reflected the size of the space, I would have rated the overall value much higher.”

“I love staying at Jetty, it’s a very private place. My main reason for staying is the walking distance to the beach you’re there in no time. I did notice roaches and outdated furniture but other than that the place was nice.”

“This is our 4th time staying at jetty east. First time in 617A. The experience was so so. The king size bed was two twin beds and they were not properly distributed and made lots of noise. You found yourself rolling towards the middle no matter what. The floor was still very sandy. I understand it’s the beach but before we even went to the beach you could feel grains of sand when you were walking on the tile. The couch and ottomans had stains on them and was very uncomfortable. I can’t imagine someone having to sleep on that. The only really positive thing was the view! Amazing!! Beach access which is priceless. Included the beach chairs also. We also were given extra set of towels which was nice. Which they would provide even just 1-2 laundry detergents. Every time we come to Jetty East there is also some sort of construction going on. Tried to ask for extend on checking out due to weather and got no response. Room was open for 4 days after our stay so it could have been done….”

“This stay was disappointing due to misleading listing details and poor support. The “king memory foam mattress” is just an old bed with a cheap topper, and the frame is very noisy. The sleeper sofa is low quality with stained sheets. The “fully stocked kitchen” lacked basics like dish soap, salt, and sugar, and no coffee or pods were provided. Toiletries were unacceptable—1.5 rolls of toilet paper for 3 guests over 4 days, plus minimal soap/shampoo. We were told to buy more ourselves. The toilet was broken and required manual fixing; no repair was completed. A serious safety issue: CBD gummies were left in a bedroom drawer, showing poor cleaning standards. The biggest issue—undisclosed construction. Noise was constant, including 7:00 AM on Saturday, plus loud trash chute banging.”

“Positive: Perfect for 2 people. Secure area. Staff were kind. Very clean.The view from the balcony was Beautiful- We were excited to see dolphins from the balcony. Easy access to the beach. Beach has beautiful white sand and blue water! We loved the complimentry beach chairs and umbrella provided daily. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub oceanside. Also, lovely Pavillion for grill and chill oceanside. Good restraunts and things to do in the area. Our personal favorite spot to eat was "Crab Trap". Negatives: limited toilet paper, paper towel, and dish washer pods provided. No dish soap, cleaning supply, or hand soap in kitchen. no laundry soap. Outside patio chairs were flimsy-need to be replaced. Neighbor was loud at times. Overall, a wonderful place and would stay again!”
