“Jerry's place was perfect for us! We came for my grandson's week at the Cooperstown All Star Village. This location was nice and close for daily trips back and forth. We also had pizza in town at Tinos and breakfast at Nick's. The home was clean, comfortable and quiet. Jerry was quick to answer any questions we had. I would recommend this apartment!”

“If You’re looking for a new and modern vacation home to relax, this is not the place. But, if you want a clean rental in a prime location near downtown Oneonta and All-Star village, where You feel safe and welcomed, this is the place. Easy check-in and check out. Free washer and dyer was a plus!”

“Jerry’s listing was a great place to stay. We were there for a tournament at the All-Star Village and it was so convenient. The apartment was exactly as advertised. It was perfect for our party of three. My 90yo mother stayed with us and it was very accessible for her. The manager who greeted us was also very helpful/friendly and gave some great local recommendations. A couple of other conveniences that really helped our party was the nearby Walgreens and the ice maker. Thank you Jerry for opening your home to us.”

“We really enjoyed our stay at the Elm Double Play. It was very well appointed! Here are some of the ways we were well taken care of: - The hosts provided us with bagels and a wonderful bag full of treats - including Calendula gel, which is wonderful to have! - There were umbrellas in every closet (which we did need!). - The place was clean and stocked with the necessities. - There was free laundry on site - a wonderful thing to have after a few days at the Cooperstown All Star camp! - There was easy parking on-site. - The host was very welcoming when we arrived. I definitely recommend this accommodation to anyone coming to town for the All Star Village experience.”

“The Columbia House was the perfect place for my family to stay during my son's baseball tournament at All Star Village. The house was very clean, cozy and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and the location was perfect- just a quick, few-minute drive to the fields. Jerry, the host, and Norah, the greeter, were both very responsive and easy to reach. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this house!”

“Our family was in Cooperstown for our son’s baseball tournament and we had a lovely stay. The house was very comfortable for our family of 5 to relax during down time between games. The kitchen was perfect to make an easy breakfast or late meal on long days. It was only minutes to CASV. Jerry had many recommendations of nearby places to visit and eat. We would highly recommend to any family staying for the tournaments.”
