Jeff and Gina Properties

“We had a wonderful time at Jeff & Gina’s beautiful condo. Beautiful view of the ocean & steps away. The condo is beautifully decorated & very clean & so well equipped. Jeff & Gina thought of everything & we felt so comfortable. There was construction next to our building but it didn’t bother us too much. We loved having Chase’s restaurant next door, good food & drinks, friendly staff & people. We definitely recommend Jeff & Gina’s condo & would love to come back!!”

“My parent in laws had such a beautiful stay here…. They loved the condo and the cleanliness at Jeff and Gina’s! The location was perfect as well. When they come down again to visit us, I know this is where they will want to be again! Thank you so much for making their trip wonderful!!!”

“We had a lovely stay, even though the shower had a leak the first 2 days. The hosts were incredibly responsive and they got a maintenance man and a plumber out on the weekend, which we really appreciated. Other than that, everything was wonderful. The view was immaculate. The place was super clean and comfortable, and we felt cared for. We’d definitely stay again. 10/10 recommend this place!”

“Stayed at Gina and Jeff’s condo and it was just like the pictures, peaceful and quiet, very cleaned and well maintained. Thank you for a great week!!!!”

“Absolutely loved this stylish ocean-view condo! The views were breathtaking, the space was beautifully decorated, and everything felt clean, comfortable, and upscale. The location was perfect, and the condo was an incredible value for the experience. I would definitely stay here again! Amazing value, host and location; thank you for having us.”

“Great place! Enjoyed nice interior, beach view, and close to good food and shops. Good communication from owners and would definitely stay here again.”

“Beautiful condo with a beautiful view. This place is stocked to the gills with extras in the kitchen and bathroom. Simple layout, comfy and cozy. The AC unit broke during our stay and the hosts went above and beyond to make us comfortable. Only negative to the place was the vague check in and check out instructions. It took some time to figure out where the condo was inside the building. Overall great trip!”

“Jeff and Gina’s place is a beautiful retreat with breathtaking ocean views! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and truly appreciated having such a peaceful and relaxing place to unwind! We would absolutely love to stay here again and hope to return very soon. Thank you, Jeff and Gina, for sharing your wonderful home!”

“Thank you for sharing your beautiful condo with us, we couldn't have been happier. The condo was spotless and beautiful exactly like the photos. The best part was the view of the Atlantic Ocean, stunning, I could have stayed forever!!!! Thank you again!”
