“Perfect spot for two families with young children! Kitchen stocked with everything you could need for cooking. Close to town/beach although we did not walk in at all, bit of a hill for double strollers but would be totally doable for another group I’m sure! Hot tub/fire pit were perfect!”

“This stay was good but not great. Good because the apartment was clean and close enough to town that it allowed us to park and then walk almost everywhere we wanted to in Ogunquit. When we come to town, we are rarely in the apartment except to sleep, so we really mostly care that it’s clean and has comfortable beds and bedding. The beds and bedding are what stops this spot from being great. The actual bed is, in a word, terrible! It might broken? It’s soft and has a serious slant towards the center. The pull out couch bed is as expected for that sort of thing so not much help when we tried thThe bedding on the beds was also pretty bad- scratchy, thin, just not what you want at the end of a busy day walking & beaching. It was super basic and what I’d expect at a low priced motel, not someone’s Airbnb. If the main mattress was replaced and the bedding was upgraded and updated (sheets/comforters/pillows) this place would be perfect! Pretty easy fixes & otherwise fine.”

“Overall a great stay, it looked just like the photos. Quiet neighborhood and walkable to Marginal way, downtown, beach, and Perkin's cove (just be aware it is on a hill.) We had three adults with one person using the pullout couch. Because we didn't want to put it away each day, it felt a little crowded but I think the space would work great for someone who didn't need the couch. The bathroom is also a little small with a small shower and no counter.”

“If you need to contact Erin DO NOT CALL THE NUMBER ON THE LISTING. She will tell you in no uncertain terms that you have to get in touch with her though Airbnb's website only. Then why is her number there??? Who knows... She did not get in touch with us until the next day on our issue and basically scolded us for trying to use the number LISTED ON THE PAGE to get in touch with her, saying over and over again Why didn't you use the APP to get ahold of me? I left about 4-5 messages on her phone, the last 2 were insistent, not angry-as she said. Well, I used my home computer to book, and printed out everything I thought we would need. It's not on my phone. One of the other guests helped us with finding our unit. There is no dresser in the unit, but that is our fault for not seeing one in the pictures she said. I am sure she is good at her job, as she said she is, and all the above is just my fault...”
