“Stunning view , safe for kids”

“Had a great stay. Our grandsons really had a wonderful time. The lobby is small and can get crowded. The staff is so friendly and helpful. We would book another trip here next time.”

“Had a good vacation staying here, but wouldn’t stay again. One of our doors was broken upon check-in and made it impossible to open or close the door all the way. There was left over trash from previous renters. Other people staying at the condos were constantly smoking at the pool when children were there. The check-in time was different than what was listed on airbnb.”

“Truly enjoyed our stay at Ram Sea 1 unit 205. Beautiful view of the Gulf, right on the beach. Condo had all we needed from kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, dining and living room. Would definitely stay again!!”

“This unit photos nicely but open the cabinets and you’ll find threadbare “free” beach towels old scratched up, mismatched dishes, glasses, and an overall refresh needed beyond paint and granite. The staff at JC was wonderful as was the location on the beach. I would recommend The Sand Dollar but not unit 511”

“Anglers Cove was perfect!”

“The unit itself was very spacious but very outdated. When we first got into the room the smell was very stale and musty. We had to immediately grab some air freshener. The kitchen it’s self is ok but you could tell the people before us had stored fish in the refrigerator and had done some fry cooking, every cabinet you touched had grease all over it that I ended up wiping most of them down. I messaged the resort but got no reply. The floors had barely been swept as we were finding baby puffs here n there so I don’t believe the floors had a good cleaning. The dryer takes about 2-3 runs to dry a load of towels. We had maintenance come up but he said it was what it was and just to keep restarting it. We were locked in the lobby at night. You had to exit through the 1st floor stairs. You could enter the lobby with your code but you couldn’t exit the lobby. This was a hazard that I frowned upon. They were doing work on the tiki huts during swim hours so you had wood chips flying at you.”

“Great oceanfront view and clean, functional condo. We had family renting several in the complex so it was even more fun to be that close to the beach. The pool and hot tub areas were not open and there was some minimal construction due to the past hurricane, however they were forthcoming about that and offered options to compensate. It had everything we needed and it’s a great location.”

“Sand Dollar was a great last stop to our family vacation! The location was excellent, and while the building is older, it was very clean. The hotel staff were all very friendly and accommodating! Unfortunately, due to the recent hurricanes, the pier, pool and hot tub were closed, but that is just the nature of how things work. The area was great and we loved being able to open our balcony doors and hear and see the ocean. Lack of direct communication from JC Resorts was rather frustrating, but overall worth our stay!”
