“Great condo on the beach. Has everything you need.”

“I would love to give this place 5 stars but the elevator wasnt working most of the week and it was hard to Carry kids up and down all the time. Also, the upstairs neighbors were awful. They're day didn't seem to start until 10 pm and they were stomping and moving furniture every night until 4 or 5 am sometimes and so our vacation was not very restful.”

“Ocean front views!! The whole reason why I rented this particular unit! We stayed in this complex before and came back because it's literally right on the beach! This unit was spacious, very clean, sofas seemed new, were sturdy & comfortable. Beds were firm and comfortable (possibly memory foam). Outdoor dining table and seating was available for 4 & 3 plastic chairs which dining outdoors was important to us. Kitchen had everything you'll need to get by for a week, but you will need to byo spices, paper goods. Only downside was there were only 3 beach chairs (very low to the ground) and luckily a beach umbrella. Before arriving I asked JC Resorts if they provided these items and they said it "should" be there but not guaranteed. They did inform that you could rent beach chairs and umbrellas that are positioned on the beach but at the cost of $40 a day for two chairs and umbrella. With a large unit that would hold at least eight people that would be a huge added cost for your family.”

“Perfect stay! Couldn't ask for anything better, location was great, pool was excellent, comfy beds, and steps away from the beach!! Would 100% stay here again!! Little warning though for future guest, the knobs on the stovetop are VERY sensitive, they turn on easily and the temperature turns easily too without you even meaning too. One little bump and the stovetop is on! Just something to be mindful of but otherwise it was a great stay”

“We had a wonderful stay at Condo Ocean View! The place was clean, comfortable, and beautifully located. The ocean view was absolutely stunning, and the peaceful atmosphere made it easy to relax and enjoy our time. The condo had everything we needed, and the overall experience was excellent. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway by the ocean!”

“Unit overall below average due to dilapidated furniture /looked dirty with age. None of the furniture inside or out was comfortable, drying rack was rusty. Unit was darkly painted unappealing. Didn’t match the pics in Air B&B ad. Housekeeping responded to needs (Toilet paper, garbage bags, towels). Found the kitchen sink dirty and smelly from a sea creature we removed from garbage disposal on Sunday.Overall, this unit needs general updating. Functional but not comfortable or cozy.”
