“did not even sleep there due to really loud noise. texted host numerous times for assistance in alleviating the noise and finally left the unit at 2am to sleep in the street because at least it was quiet out there. then I text in the morning for help getting my things from trailer because to much yo carry in street and host say nothing but where my key???”

“Pros: the location is perfect, restaurants close by. Cons: It does not look like the pictures. It’s very old and outdated. When I walked in, it smell like it wasn’t properly clean. The kitchen counter is damaged. There is a stain by these kitchen’s sink. There toilet foot pedal is damaged. The water smell so bad, I couldn’t even take a shower there. I had to take a shower at my sister’s. There is a tiny fly bugs no matter how many times you killed it, we don’t know where it comes from. The bed is itchy, we had to buy our own sheet and blanket. While we changing sheet, we found dead bugs under mattress. 🤮 There is pet hair on the couch. My sister is allergic so she can’t come visit us. For that price, should have done better.”

“Don’t do it! Jose seemed nice when I reached out originally so we booked that was a HUGE MISTAKE we arrived and dropped off bags. When we came back we noticed a creature running across the floor Jose never responded. Then we noticed a puddle in bedroom floor no idea where the water all came from. Nightstands had long black hair on them. (We have blonde hair) Then bedding was also stained you can tell it hasn’t been washed in a while due to the stains on it. Towels were dirty and had hair on them on top of that they were all torn and worn out. Bathroom wall has mold on it Wall by toilet had poop on it. Bedroom door has two holes on it. Curtains are ripped barely holding on. Blinds are broken. Sofa is full of filthy stains you don’t even want to sit on it The main door the door handle is loose and not safe and no bolt to lock from the inside. Needless to say place is pretty run down and beat up. We left and requested a refund for remaining stay Jose agreed but then lied and didn’t do it”

“I would not recommend this unit. We arrived to see mold in the bathroom, rust on the dishwasher - with obvious water damage to the floor in the kitchen/foyer, along with various other issues that do not match the listing photos. Host communication was relatively fast, but extremely rude and hostile. Airbnb assisted with the cancellation of this trip because the host was not following the rules of Airbnb when accommodations are uninhabitable. I would not recommend Jose as a host at all based on my experience.”

“The camper was not as pictured or maintained the way the listing suggests. While it may technically be the same RV shown in the photos, it is much more worn and outdated in person. The couch leather was peeling, the stove area looked dirty, the counter had peelable white counter wallpaper that was lifting , pet hair everywhere and there were fruit flies inside. The entire camper also smelled like cigarettes, which made the stay uncomfortable. Overall, it didn’t feel very clean or well kept. I think the listing photos should be updated to reflect the current condition so guests know what they’re actually booking.!!”

“Place did not match the listing. The door was super banged up. We walked in and there was a strong marijuana smell. White stains on the couch. It was supposed to sleep 9 but is extremely small. One of the bedrooms was locked and when I told the host, he said that it was a closet lock that you can use anything to open (like a spoon). I was extremely uncomfortable and wouldn’t let my children touch anything or sit at all. We left immediately and had to get a hotel room.”

“This place was absolutely horrible. The room was filthy. There was even blood on the door and hair everywhere. I would never go back again. The host was no help. And he expects people to visit Orlando and stay in the room and wait for his team to come clean something that should’ve been cleaned and then has the audacity to explain that the team has been working there for 10 years which is concerning because there was blood in the door and the room was an absolute mess.”

“I wish I could leave 0 stars, our time at Jose's place was everything but good. Upon arrival, not only was the room, yes ROOM, a completely different space shown in the pictures, it was dirty, messy and reeked of smoke smell. I took pictures of all this immediately after arriving because I had a feeling he would try and scam me out of paying more. For example, the first night someone else was parked in our spot. Not a big deal, I texted Jose about it and asked the people outside myself. They explained to me someone else was in THEIR spot and their place was also unclean and nothing like the photos provided. The kind lady renting the RV also let me know she was complaining and getting refunded. Me and my partner were only planning to stay 2 nights very last minute, which is why we weren't going to complain originally but after being accused of smoking in a space that was very clearly used before we arrived, I will be raising the issue to airbnb to get my money back. DO NOT STAY HERE!”

“Host was very rude pictures did not match the property had a bad smell bathroom was dirty couch was dirty and had stains on it he didn’t want to refund me for the night I didn’t stay but only refunded me for the next to night he is not understanding at all and need to do better with his costumer service and how he carry his places”
