“DO NOT BOOK HERE. It was by far one of the worst experiences I have ever had. Came to Florida for vacation and instead I had to deal with this nasty place. First the bed was broken, hard mattress, pillows were brown and old. The sheets had stains all over. It even had a stain that looked like poop. The bathroom had hair all on the bathtub floor and on the counter. This airbnb had a horrible sewer smell. It was so bad it makes u feel uncleaned. Don’t turn the water on because the sewer smell is unbearable. There was roaches crawling around and ants on the couch and cushions. We left and had to go get a hotel. We tried contacting the host and he did nothing and refused to give us our money back. He never even replied after the first text. I would hate for this to happen to someone else. Whatever you do. Dont book here. U will end up fighting for your money back and having to go pay for a hotel”

“The bedroom wasn’t really clean it had stains in the window , he wasn’t really responding the house wasn’t like the pictures at all , it was crumbs on the couch when we walk in the dishes had stains on it , & was dirty I had to wash before I cooked but it was a good area .”

“Listen I’m normally not this opinionated but this place was the grossest place I’ve ever been to. The floors were disgusting there were dust bunnies all over the walls and ceilings The floor boards were yellowing due to someone smoking probably. There was a plant I guess that had molded over as well. But honestly this isn’t on him only. It was also his cleaning crews issue but my issue lies where I was being told that it was a paint issue. And that there was no issue when there was. There was a strong disgusting odor. The place was gross. And then on top of that Airbnb refused to give me my money back after I left within being there for 3-4 hours I told them to cancel my booking and instead they told me there’s no reason for it and their investigation shows no issue. Whereas the place was disgusting I provided photos too and still nothing. I won’t be using Airbnb ever again after this. Lack of understanding or reasoning from all including Airbnb.”

Había olor a húmedad bastante marcado y pelos de gato en el sillón. La decoración también podría mejorar. No había tampoco platos planos para comer.”

“It was nice it just didn’t have any dish soap. It like they put conditioner in the soap dispenser next to the bathroom, and small inside like a section 8 apartment but other than that, it was good and worth the price. I would come again.”

“Nuestra experiencia fue realmente muy mala y no recomendamos esta propiedad. el lugar estaba horrible en cuanto a limpieza. Había suciedad y mugre pegada en diferentes áreas, matas quemadas y en general daba la impresión de que la propiedad no había sido limpiada adecuadamente antes de nuestra llegada. El anfitrión sabía desde antes que realizaríamos un evento y nos cobró $100 adicionales por ello, por lo que esperábamos encontrar el espacio en buenas condiciones. “Good location and pools look nice. Advertised 2 double beds but they do not look like doubles.”

“did not even sleep there due to really loud noise. texted host numerous times for assistance in alleviating the noise and finally left the unit at 2am to sleep in the street because at least it was quiet out there. then I text in the morning for help getting my things from trailer because to much yo carry in street and host say nothing but where my key???”

“Don’t do it! Jose seemed nice when I reached out originally so we booked that was a HUGE MISTAKE we arrived and dropped off bags. When we came back we noticed a creature running across the floor Jose never responded. Then we noticed a puddle in bedroom floor no idea where the water all came from. Nightstands had long black hair on them. (We have blonde hair) Then bedding was also stained you can tell it hasn’t been washed in a while due to the stains on it. Towels were dirty and had hair on them on top of that they were all torn and worn out. Bathroom wall has mold on it Wall by toilet had poop on it. Bedroom door has two holes on it. Curtains are ripped barely holding on. Blinds are broken. Sofa is full of filthy stains you don’t even want to sit on it The main door the door handle is loose and not safe and no bolt to lock from the inside. Needless to say place is pretty run down and beat up. We left and requested a refund for remaining stay Jose agreed but then lied and didn’t do it”
