“The communication from the time I made the reservation until the time we checked out was excellent. The house was perfect for our group. Very spacious.”airbnb

“The reading retreat in general was a success, the hot tub was nice and beds were comfortable and the first floor was clean. However there were some things that were cause for concern. 1. Top floor was dirty and dusty 2. Our water was turned off for 5 hours during one of our days. ( we understand this couldn’t be helped because of the leak) 3. Most important! a top bunk bed wasn’t secured and it fell. It could have seriously hurt someone. Please fix this asap!”airbnb

“We had a wonderful stay! The condo was immaculately clean and looked exactly like the pictures. The kitchen was well stocked and there were lots of extra linens and towels. It got a bit dry in the condo since we were running the heat. The hosts even had humidifiers. They really thought of everything to make our stay comfortable. We were in town during the “mud season” so it was very private and low key with very few other guests. The location is perfect. Just a few miles from Park City as well as a charming outdoor mall with lots of shopping and restaurant choices. The host was extremely responsive and helpful as well. I would definitely recommend!”airbnb

“I never do reviews but feel like I need to vent . On a positive: 1). Check in was great and management co was extremely responsive 2) they had a shuttle that picked you up at your door and brought you to slopes ( not advertised on site). 3) unit was spacious and had everything you would need . For the negative :1). The unit was on ground floor right next to entrance of condo bldg where everyone can look right in on you always . I had to leave blinds down all day and night so no light at all. 2). I had to leave 8 day early and asked them if they could re-rent It and see if I could get money back if they could . They came back and were going to charge me over 3k just to cancel It early. 3) they are charging me extant fees for damages that were not there . The management. Co who was Great up front showed there true colors at the end. I wouldn’t recommend this unit or management company”airbnb

“Very nice house, overall clean and well maintained. Nice forniture. The check-in process wasn’t as smooth as we hoped for as they did t give us the right code to get into the garage. They forgot to place garbage trash container on the garage and we had to look for external one. The property is maintained by an agency and hence the info is vague and generic.”airbnb

“We stayed here with a group of friends for a ski weekend at Deer Valley. The location is incredible and the hot tub on the rooftop deck was great. Unfortunately, we did not receive the code for the front door until an hour after check-in. We also did not have any hot water the first night, which was a terrible way to start our vacation—an ice cold shower after skiing is not great. We communicated this to the host and they sent someone out the next morning to fix it. This was appreciated! However, I continued receiving automated texts asking about our stay, and, when I would follow up with my concerns, did not get a clear response from a real person. I asked for a refund or discount given the circumstances and the host did not respond. I would have left a higher review if it felt like the host was truly concerned and apologetic about our situation. So, great location and hot tub, but big need for improvement to ensure future guests have a better experience than we did.”airbnb

“Avoid this management company: lacks urgency, transparency, and accountability. We reported a serious second-floor bathroom leak the morning after arrival. They minimized it, denied relocation (“no units available”), and only sent maintenance after we insisted. Maintenance said it was “probably a drain issue,” told us to keep using the bathroom, and said they’d address it after we left. The hot tub smelled and was low on water, making it clear no one had recently checked the property. The next day it escalated: more leaks, the ceiling bowing, the floor soft, and water coming from beneath the house. Concerned about structural safety, we had to find and pay for alternative lodging ourselves. After we left, they suddenly said multiple units were available. When we returned for forgotten ski boots, the repair crew said the source was an adjacent unit; plastic sheeting everywhere showed extensive damage. We spent our stay managing this issue for them instead of enjoying the trip.”airbnb
