“Beautiful part of La Jolla and pretty view of the coast from the outside deck of the owner’s home. Was an extra ordinarily hot weekend and we would have loved some AC, but it was an overall comfortable stay.”

“This was a great find. Honestly was better than the pictures had shown. It’s so spacious, clean and perfect location. I will definitely be staying there again, could not recommend enough!”

“The location was large with enough room for our group, and it was a close drive to the bay. However, here are a few things to keep in mind if you are planning to book this listing. Firstly, the photos did not accurately depict the place especially the backyard. The yard was unkempt, with broken glass from the fire pit. The grill had spiderwebs and had not been cleaned out. Some of the rooms were very warm, especially at night, with only one floor fan for five rooms. Also, towel racks fell off in two of the bathrooms, and one of the bathrooms was not cleaned. Lastly, the communication was a bit tough. We paid extra to leave late weeks before our stay, but we were told that it had not been received (this was after we waited all weekend for an answer on when to leave). The cleaners never got a notification so just showed up, then we were told we were late leaving. Parking was also super limited.”

“We were a party of 10 ladies celebrating my daughter‘s 18th birthday. Beautiful location and grounds however, the house was not as expected. I will say that the owner personally reached out to make things right. The management company was also very communicative and addressed all of our concerns immediately. I believe we were one of their first renters and so they just hadn’t ironed out the kinks yet. I would stay there again once they do all in all, wonderful birthday celebration.”

“We had a wonderful stay! The hosts were very responsive, timely, and friendly throughout our visit. The house was spotless, welcoming, and ready for us when we arrived. It was also very family-friendly, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The location was absolutely prime and convenient to everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!”

“The location and views this Airbnb has to offer is incredible. The pictures don’t even do the view justice. The place is extremely private and quiet and felt like it wasn’t even in San Diego. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The water pressure was strong and the showers stayed hot through 7 showers. We were able to park 4 cars between the driveway and the street. The hosts provided beach chairs, coolers, and an umbrella at the property which made the trip to the beach very easeful. A small note is a few more fans would’ve been nice given there are no ceiling fans or ac on the property. We were staying during an unseasonably humid weekend so it may have impacted why the fans left weren’t sufficient. I messaged the hosts about this during our stay but they were unable to bring more. Overall a good experience!”

“Beautiful home and neighborhood. The outdoor area is fantastic for families and kids. Hot tub with tv. Great grill and outdoor table to eat at. Beds comfy. Decor is very mountain elegant. Kitchen has everything you need to cook for a large group. Has a Keurig. Can walk and bike in the neighborhood.”
