Jackson Hole Resort Lodging
4.79Visit website
Jackson Hole Resort Lodging's guest rating of 4.79 is below average and may adversely impact performance. Some of this can come from specific properties they manage — but where reviews point to manager weaknesses (responsiveness, cleanliness, listing accuracy) that would apply to your home too, they can adversely affect your bookings and the quality of guests you attract.

“Great alternative to staying in Jackson hole, 15 min ride into town and also close to Teton village. The community “Aspen” is extremely underrated with lots to do around.”airbnb

“The condo has many amenities and was clean. The beds, however were sagging in both bedrooms.”airbnb

“A bit expensive, but far cheaper than finding a hotel in Jackson. The wifi speed was unfortunate. Excruciatingly slow. Not ideal for business travelers.”airbnb

“The location was excellent, and the condo itself was lovely. However, the management process needs improvement. The listing never mentioned it’s above a SpringHill Suites, and when we arrived at 11:00 p.m., every check-in code we were given was wrong. We couldn’t reach anyone, and thankfully found an old text with different instructions that actually worked. We were also asked to sign a contract outside of Airbnb, which we declined. Assigned parking was included, but someone was parked in our reserved spot for our entire stay. Management did nothing to resolve it and simply told us to park on the already packed street. Overall, it’s a great property, but the multiple codes, outside contracts, and confusing communication make the experience feel unnecessarily complicated. Streamlining the process would make a big difference.”airbnb

“There is a lot of good to say about this place. It is a great location, clean, has a good layout, and easy to check in and check out. The price was reasonable considering the area, but the amenities did not deliver. The microwave did not work due to the breaker tripping when you turned it on. One cabinet door is not connected to a hinge and collapses when opened, while another door fell completely off as soon as I touched it. The dryer squeaks so loudly you need to run it while you are gone. The couch is so badly worn down that when you sit on it, you nearly slide to the floor. The love seat is better. The master bed is nearly impossible to sleep on. It sags so badly that it is nearly impossible to find a position to sleep in other than on your back. So back to my comment about the price. I think it is a reasonable price if the issues I mentioned were addressed. With this type of price, I would expect there is enough profit to update the furniture and have things working properly.”airbnb

“The Airbnb was clean and within walking distance of several food options. Once the park road construction is complete, it will be only about 10 minutes from the national park, making the location even more convenient. Check-in was difficult, and check-out was confusing.”airbnb

“The unit was listed as having a in-unit washer & a in-unit dryer when in fact it does not. The toilets did not flush correctly. The unit is on the backside of the facility & is a bit of a walk to get to it down a boardwalk & up three flights of stairs. Wasn’t worth the money & the hosting company was only reachable after 9 am. Would not recommend this unit.”airbnb

“The condo was great! The issue was with the entry key pad. The code that was sent to us did not work to open the door. I called the emergency number because it was after 5 in the evening. We had to have the door unlocked and unlocked remotely until the next day. Which meant calling and waiting each time we wanted to leave or come back. Very disappointing and frustrating.”airbnb

“The facility was clean and provided all the necessary equipment. The washer and dryer that are listed in the amenities was out of service which was a disappointment on a two week road trip. The biggest problem was that there were many, many stairs to get to the room. This prevented us from bringing up our luggage which was very inconvenient but not the biggest problem. My husband and I are in our seventies and eighties. I would never have picked this place had I known there were stairs involved. There is nowhere on the website that it mentions anything about multiple steps to get to the apartment. This fact restricted our plans for leaving during the day for sightseeing and meals. After driving over a thousand miles to get there, we were disappointed that it wasn't what we expected. I would not recommend this location to older folks.”airbnb

“Great location with access to amenities on the Wyoming and Idaho side of the line. Comfortable beds. Some elements of communication between team members at the property management site should be improved.”airbnb
