“The unit was listed as having a in-unit washer & a in-unit dryer when in fact it does not. The toilets did not flush correctly. The unit is on the backside of the facility & is a bit of a walk to get to it down a boardwalk & up three flights of stairs. Wasn’t worth the money & the hosting company was only reachable after 9 am. Would not recommend this unit.”

“The facility was clean and provided all the necessary equipment. The washer and dryer that are listed in the amenities was out of service which was a disappointment on a two week road trip. The biggest problem was that there were many, many stairs to get to the room. This prevented us from bringing up our luggage which was very inconvenient but not the biggest problem. My husband and I are in our seventies and eighties. I would never have picked this place had I known there were stairs involved. There is nowhere on the website that it mentions anything about multiple steps to get to the apartment. This fact restricted our plans for leaving during the day for sightseeing and meals. After driving over a thousand miles to get there, we were disappointed that it wasn't what we expected. I would not recommend this location to older folks.”

“Came here for a long weekend with friends and it was the perfect spot. Beautiful townhome in an amazing location right in Teton Village. It made a great home base for exploring Grand Teton and we even did a day trip to Yellowstone. Loved unwinding in the hot tub after a full day out, and having garage parking was a huge plus. Plenty of space for our group of four. Couldn't have asked for a better setup.”

“Very clean & comfortable place. Beds were very comfy. Great location! Noise travels in condo so can hear footsteps etc of people in neighboring units. No a/c.”

“Had a great start! Got to the House early, had an elderly family member. The resort allowed us to check in early and even stayed on the phone with me until I was able to open the door and get in. They checked in every day to assure everything was going good. We had no issues with the house. The surroundings were beautiful! Saw a moose and geese every morning. A beautiful view of the mountains! Will definitely go back!”

“We enjoyed our stay at the Ponderosa condo. From booking to checkout communication was great. We appreciated all the amenities. Guest comfort is definitely a priority.”

“We had a wonderful time and would stay here again. Management was extremely helpful in getting us in at the last minute a day before we were supposed to arrive. The unit is stocked with everything you need and spotless clean. Nothing fancy but very clean and comfortable and you cannot beat the location!”

“Great location with access to amenities on the Wyoming and Idaho side of the line. Comfortable beds. Some elements of communication between team members at the property management site should be improved.”
