“We had such a great stay in Jackson! Had 6 of us and we all fit comfortably and had no issues! The view from the back yard was amazing and even had wildlife walk basically right through the backyard! Would definitely recommend this place to anyone coming to the area but wanting a more peaceful and private stay! Also loved the location as we were right between most things we wanted to do!”

“This place was in a good location at Teton Village in terms of proximity to both Jackson Hole and Teton National Park. However, the door was unlocked when we got there, and it wouldn’t automatically lock unless we locked it ourselves from the inside. So when we left during the day, it remained unlocked. Also, the sink faucet in the bathroom was really hard to turn on and off. Aside from these couple things, this place was an adequate place to stay.”

“Excellent location. Slow communication. Not flexible if you have any issues like airline cancellations or else. No AC in the unit. Very hot at night despite the ceiling fans. It will improve the overall experience. Otherwise ok”

“Great location and very convenient for visiting Grand Teton National Park. Unfortunately, there were several issues during our stay. The house had a strong cleaning-product smell when we arrived, and we even found pieces of bacon on the floor. The grill was unusable because the power outlet kept cutting out, so we couldn't cook. The bathroom doors also couldn't be locked. The biggest concern was that about an hour after check-in, someone entered the house without knocking or notifying us first to pick up a laundry bag by the door. It was unexpected and uncomfortable. Overall, the location is excellent, but the cleanliness, maintenance, and guest privacy need improvement.”

“The place was clean and comfortable for our short stay! Walkable to town and the surrounding areas. We did send a few messages asking about flexible check in/check out times, and our messages were never read or answered. We did receive an automated text that the room was ready slightly early, but no direct communication from the host.”

“Great location, walkable to lifts if desired, and on the local shuttle route as well. Note that they were very strict about the check out time - had a note that would charge over 200 an hour for going past 10 AM. Cleaning folks were there waiting and were very nice. Would recommend and would stay again.”

“We arrived to check in and the cleaners were still in the unit and the unit wasn’t ready on time which meant we needed to leave for several hours (with bags full of groceries that couldn’t be put into the refrigerator) while the cleaners worked. When the unit finally became available to us several hours after the communicated check in time the kitchen had dirty dishes in the dishwasher, the floors weren’t clean and one bathroom still had dirty towels in it. After notifying the property management group, there was zero follow up — no apologies, no efforts towards resolution, no communication whatsoever despite me reaching out more than once. This is my second bad experience with this property management group (last time the property wasn’t available on time for a full 24 hours) so I’ll avoid booking with them in the future. Other than that, the place was as described and it’s Jackson Hole so it’s hard to have a bad experience overall!”
