iTrip Vacations Alabama Beaches's guest rating of 4.75 is below average and may adversely impact performance. Some of this can come from specific properties they manage — but where reviews point to manager weaknesses (responsiveness, cleanliness, listing accuracy) that would apply to your home too, they can adversely affect your bookings and the quality of guests you attract.

“Overall, a nice place. The location and proximity to the beach, grocery stores and restaurants is great. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of linens. A couple of things need replacing or to be fixed. The kitchen utensils and pans were in rough shape. The corner lazy Susan cabinet door was hanging off the hinges. The bathroom sinks were terribly clogged and took forever to drain. And the internet was so bad that the televisions hardly worked. Lastly, the pool was really warm, like bath water, and was consistently dirty. We never saw anyone clean it.”airbnb

“Nice place. Very clean. Great view. Having to drive out of the way to pickup and drop off the room keys was inconvenient. Other than that I really enjoyed the place.”airbnb

“The location was definitely the highlight of this condo. Being at The Wharf made it convenient and easy to enjoy everything the area has to offer. The unit itself is quite small, with one bedroom, one bathroom, and bunk beds tucked into a closet area. Unfortunately, the condo was not as clean as we expected upon arrival. There were dirty towels left in the washing machine, and the TV was not working during our stay. While neither issue completely ruined our trip, they did impact our overall experience. We have typically had the best experiences when booking directly with individual owners, and this stay reinforced that preference for us. In the future, we will likely choose to book with individual hosts rather than a management company. The location was excellent, but overall the condo did not quite meet our expectations.”airbnb

“Great condo with amazing beach views, easy beach access, a pool, splash pad that my little ones loved, and pretty comfortable beds for being away from home. Overall we had a great stay. The biggest downside was the elevator situation. Only 4 elevators for a massive building, which often meant 20+ minute waits. Worse during peak check in/out times. Also, be prepared to truly bring everything. There was no hand soap, very limited supplies as stated in description. As Midwesterners, we weren’t used to vacation rentals being quite so bare-bones. The view and location were fantastic, but the lack of basic necessities and elevator waits were frustrating. ⭐⭐⭐⭐☆”airbnb

“The beds were hard. WiFi wasn’t very good tv went off from time to time, and pool was not maintained it had stuff in it from night before and bugs”airbnb

“Loved that we had a beach front view with easy access to the beach. The place wasn't as clean or kept up as I would've liked. There were dirty dishes in the cabinets, gaps in the floor boards, cracked tile, and the facade of the cabinets is peeling off.”airbnb

“When I arrived I found a camera in the middle of the garage area, pointed straight @ the steps, watching ppl coming&going. I had a MAJOR problem w/this, it is a TOTAL invasion of privacy. I put a plastic bag over it and was told by itrips that I had to remove it, which meant the owners were watching, which is so creepy. I told them that it was an invasion of our privacy and that we did not want to be recorded, they very quickly msgd back & said no problem, the owners are going to turn it off. Then another message that said, they will leave it on, and you can leave it covered. I find this odd. There are 10 units in this complex & only 3 had cameras, but the others were pointed out from the middle of the garage, not in. The other issue we had was the door, you go up a significant set of stairs to get to the door, you cannot lock the door from the inside. Thank God we were watching, the 19 month old had pulled the lever down and was headed out the door towards the stairs.”airbnb

“great place to stay, will do it again. was a bit frustrated with the management company. asked several times to be able to check in early and was told i couldn't request that until the day of check in. made it very inconvenient because of timing and being out of state. the unit was empty the day before my checkin and the day after. was told the day of check in at 8am that we could check in early and that was great. but, would ask for more lead time especially if the unit is not occupied and already cleaned”airbnb

“We had a wonderful stay at this condo in Orange Beach! The unit was beautiful, very clean, and the perfect size for our party of 8. The gulf-front location was ideal and made everything so convenient and relaxing. The only downside was the parking situation, only 2 parking passes are provided even though the unit sleeps up to 14, and there appeared to be plenty of available parking onsite. Overall, we had a great experience and would absolutely stay here again!”airbnb

“You have to pick up and drop off keys and pass at a different location that was hard to find. Parking was very confusing. Amenities are not easily connected. Resort is overall pretty dirty and outdated. Dining room barstools were broken to the point they couldn’t be used. Was an okay stay.”airbnb
