“Above and beyond I would definitely stay there again. It was super clean well decorated, right down the street from the beach and the siesta key village. I loved the 2nd floor it has a porch with a swing. We really enjoyed our stay.”

“Loved the house. It was so close to the beach! The salt water pool was the best pool we’ve ever had at an air bnb stay! Our only complaint was the beds. Mattresses not comfortable and need updating. And also no TVs in the bed rooms. Kitchen was well stalked. Large comfy crunching the living room. All in all a great stay and would def come back!”

“Very pleasant and airy space, steps from St. Armaunds and a few blocks from Lido beach. Well thought out kitchen and supplies.”

“If you want to be blocks from the beach and one block from Siesta Key Village, this is the place. It is in a perfect location for walkability. The pool area is very nice and the pool water was surprisingly cool for this time of year. Very refreshing. I wanted to give 5 stars because of pool and location but the inside of the unit definitely needs some upkeep. There was dust on the walls, broken blind slats, and the door does not close all the way unless it is locked. The living room furniture was unclean and worn with visible hole in one of the chairs. I notified itrip the first day about bees building a hive in the soffit. We found several dead bees in the unit, in the shower, and along window sill. We were there for 3 days and no one came out to address the problem. Also, despite there being ant traps everywhere, there are ants crawling all over the kitchen counters despite there being no food out, etc.”

“The pool was clean and my kids enjoyed it immensely. The yard and vegetation made it feel private, even though they were in a developed community. The house was in an accessible location, close to Siesta Key, which was convenient. ITrip did a great job letting us know how to access the house so we could easily get in when we got there after a long day of driving. We had an issue with the remote for the pool, that was never resolved while we were there. The AC is not able to go below 74, which made some areas of the house uncomfortable at times during the July heat. Overall, it was a great experience.”

“it wasn't far from the beach..good neighbor hood. had all the amenities, except un marked parking spot, construction, pool smaller t than it seems in photos, and no club or billiards that we could find. beautiful area”
