“Would stay here again! Great house very clean with comfortable beds. The outdoor area was the best part! Very peaceful and quiet! Tons of areas that get sun and shade! The outdoor table was great for eating meals with a tv to watch shows or sports and fan above to keep everyone cool! House was close to midnight pass so very easy to get into siesta village and downtown Sarasota! Great experience all around!”

“One of our favorite Airbnb stays! If this property in available for the dates you need, reserve it now. The house was immaculate with comfortable beds and plenty of towels, for bath and beach. The location is perfect - 4 minutes walk to the beach and a block away from the best restaurants and shopping in Siesta Key village. A full kitchen suitable for cooking meals with more than enough tools. While the building is shared with other renters, we always had the pool to ourselves and the rental was VERY quiet. There are more than enough beach necessities; wagon, chairs, umbrellas, etc. We were very sad to leave and can't wait to stay there again!”

“We had a great family vacation at this property and would definitely consider returning next year. Pros: * Quiet location, perfect for a relaxing stay. * Very close to the ocean, which was a huge plus. * The kitchen was exceptionally well stocked with pots, pans, plates, serving dishes, and everything needed for cooking family meals. Cons: * We were provided with one towel per person, and a few extra towels would have been appreciated. * The pool water was quite cold when we arrived, and we were unable to use it for the first two days until we paid an additional fee for pool heating. We found it disappointing that pool heating was not included, especially since several comparable properties in the area offered heated pools at a similar price. Overall, these were relatively minor issues, and we enjoyed our stay. The property met our needs well, and we are planning to come back next year.”

“great place to stay close to the beach with a private walk and the private beach was amazing. living space was pretty good. Just a couple little things like need to fix the master shower doors one was broken. u can see under the front door where the sill is rotten on one side. add some hooks some where to hang wet stuff from the beach. the washer spin cycle does not work at all need to update that. would give it an 8 out of 10. beds were nice the porch was wonderful to sit in. pools on the property were fantastic. my kids loved both of them. short little drive to a lot of food and shops. we as a family loved the place live the area and will be back in a few years. first time in the area and lived”

“it wasn't far from the beach..good neighbor hood. had all the amenities, except un marked parking spot, construction, pool smaller t than it seems in photos, and no club or billiards that we could find. beautiful area”
