“We loved the location. It was a quick walk to the beach/pool without having to cross any roads. The 8foot deep swimming pool was a hit with my kids. The views from pool 3 are beautiful! You can see the beach, which was nice to be in the pool but still kinda feel like you’re at the beach! The condo was clean and they even had beach chairs for us to use.”

“Our group of 4 had a great stay at Leatherback. The beds were comfy and just enough space in the unit for the 4 of us. It was a perfect location to walk around shops, bars, restaurants. The pool was an added bonus as well. We’d definitely come back here!!”

“Very noisy at night. All tables are glass so no very kid friendly. One of the bedrooms had something that made my daughter and I sick. The other people in the other bedroom did not. Water smells, showers were horrible. Shower head was off the wall in 2nd bathroom. Gave us 2 rolls of junk toilet paper per bathroom and 1 junk paper towels. Instructions were we needed to buy more if we ran out. If you are going to provive low quality, give more or buy higher quality products. Also for the amount we spent on place, getting one ply sandpaper like TP was not great. Bed in 2nd bedroom was not good. Whole association looked run down from the outside and had a big cockroach in the unit one morning.”

“Beautiful place I will go again for sure”

“This was advertised as a condo with pictures showing a high rise right on the beach. This was in fact a one floor 2 room apartment that was as far as it possibly could have been from the beach in this complex (literally a 10 min walk). While the amenities were new and the place itself was as advertised, it felt like a bait and switch from how it was shown on line.”

“If you want to be blocks from the beach and one block from Siesta Key Village, this is the place. It is in a perfect location for walkability. The pool area is very nice and the pool water was surprisingly cool for this time of year. Very refreshing. I wanted to give 5 stars because of pool and location but the inside of the unit definitely needs some upkeep. There was dust on the walls, broken blind slats, and the door does not close all the way unless it is locked. The living room furniture was unclean and worn with visible hole in one of the chairs. I notified itrip the first day about bees building a hive in the soffit. We found several dead bees in the unit, in the shower, and along window sill. We were there for 3 days and no one came out to address the problem. Also, despite there being ant traps everywhere, there are ants crawling all over the kitchen counters despite there being no food out, etc.”

“Nice location and place overall but not nearly worth the price paid with broken amenities and a decent walk to the beach. Photos are misleading too”
