“For the price point that you pay to stay here, you would think that the Inis would work and that they would have what they share would be available when we reached out to let them know the shower was spraying out onto the bathroom door into the ceiling and that there was no beach chairs and waggon to go to the beach. It took a lot of our time trying to organize and get a hold of their team. I would recommend that you do a better job in maintaining your building. Vacationers should not have to reach out to you when they get there to let you know that things are broken.”

“Loved my stay in this super cute rental property. Everything you need is within walking distance. The house is very well stocked with beach items and a wagon for hauling. One unexpected but very nice perk was the car service to and from the airport that was included. I will definitely book here again. Thank you for a wonderful weekend getaway!”

“Loved everything about the stay. Location is walkable to beach and st armonds circle. Clean, wonderful and welcoming! Beds were very comfortable We had everything we needed and more. Would absolutely stay again! Thank you.”

“The location is excellent. The size and decor were nice. The fishing poles and beach gear were a nice touch. We were there for 3 nights, and three of us stayed there. They provided 2 coffee packets (with limited sugar packets too). There were only 4 cereal bowls and a few plates, and no dish washer, which meant we had to wash dishes every time we ate. Kind of a bummer on vacation. The dish drying rack (and counter space) was also very small. The pull out couch was dysfunctional, rendering it either useless or it had to take up the entire TV room for the remainder of the stay. There were plenty of towels and wash cloths, and 6 beach towels. It would have been nice if the beach towels were thick and/or long (for laying on at the beach). I loved the shampoo and conditioner. The AC worked well and it was nice to have a fan option. Customer service was prompt, responsive, and very friendly.”

“The property was very clean, and the bedding/blanket was good quality. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives ended. There were no basic kitchen condiments provided, which made meal prep inconvenient. The unit is on the first floor, which was not disclosed in the listing—this lack of transparency was frustrating, particularly due to the constant noise we experienced. Parking was also an issue. Overall, it did not meet expectations.”

“Our Friday night arrival was great with beautiful views of the river, so peaceful. Saturday morning was a nightmare after seeing and hearing the marine construction project next door.The noise of jackhammers was incredible! We couldn’t sit out and have coffee or fish off the dock. We finally had to leave. The pictures posted were old and didn’t show any of this, very deceiving. Picture’s from Saturday morning were the total opposite. We contacted our host and were told basically they wouldn’t do anything. We lost 1 out of 2 days that we paid for. The host said they would resolve our request for a 50% refund for loss of use but they never did reach out to us. Unprofessional and deceptive.”

“Given early check in but then place had not been cleaned. Cleaner showed up and was very upset we were there. First night the shower drain clogged and was unusable, renter had no solution so I went out for drain cleaner. After multiple uses it worked. They only give you 1 trash bag, 1 roll of to, 1 thing of soap for the dishwasher and laundry. So the men you have to go out and buy a pack of everything which you are leaving behind. Seems they could just provide a few extras instead of making me buy a box of dish soap I’m only going to use 1 of. The kitchen literally only has salt. If you need anything else you need to buy yourself. For the price I was unimpressed and would not stay there again.”
