“Great place to stay with a big group in Park City! 15 minutes from downtown in a quiet area with similar houses. We had a great stay!”airbnb

“We thoroughly enjoyed our two week stay in Kamas. The property is a beautiful mountain modern escape that is tastefully furnished and very well appointed with high quality goods. It’s a great Park City area luxury stay for a group or family.”airbnb

“The place should not have been available to rent as the building was undergoing roofing and exterior repairs and painting. The entire exterior was covered with plastic and scaffolding and men were working noisily from 7am! The management service claimed they did not know, but surely the owner knew and should have pulled it off rental! The management company was extremely slow to reply with several different interfaces. We were offered the ability to cancel and receive refund after we were already in. They made no attempt to find another place for us and we had a busy schedule and didn't have the time or energy to find something else so we lived in a cave for 3 days with much noise! It took major back and forth with slow response to get even a small refund. There was no one who would speak directly to us until the last day when I was worn down trying to just get a reasonable adjustment in the cost.”airbnb

“Although we enjoyed time with family, we also came for an experience. The iTrip people were responsive when needed. However, we were not advised in advance by anyone that construction would occur outside our windows starting at 7 AM during our stay. There was an inability to sit outside due to noise and dust, and there was a lack of privacy due to workers on ladders outside our room. In addition, there was danger from objects being thrown off the roof outside our windows down to the ground. The residence where we stayed did not offer the desired experience, especially for the price we paid.”airbnb

“The condo was sufficient for our party of 6. Upstairs bedrooms - not alot of privacy w/ interior shutters into LR. The master bedroom mattress on first floor was really bad- to the point where you practically fall out of bed. It’s an easy fix. Overall the place was fine. It could use some brighter floor lamps in LR area- kinda dark and some very basic decor updates.”airbnb

“My friends and I enjoyed how walkable this home was from Main Street in Park City. It was quite a trek up a hill to the home, but the location was great. The home overall was spacious and accommodating for our needs. We did all experience discomfort sleeping as the mattresses and water bed were quite uncomfortable. There were also many bugs and spiders around the home.”airbnb

“Served its purpose for family reunion. Parking resulted in $60 ticket when parked 3 rd vehicle for 40 min while loading to leave.”airbnb

“Owners cancelled on us 5 minutes upon arrival. I’ve never had to leave a negative review for an Airbnb, but have to with this. Upon getting dropped off by a rideshare at the house, the owners let us know that the house is under construction and we would not be able to stay there. We were in town for a wedding and booked the house for its proximity to the wedding events. I have never had an Airbnb get cancelled on me, let alone, upon us actually arriving to the house. The only option the owners or property managers, whoever it is, was to give us the option of a house 20 minutes away. That would not work for the wedding we were apart of. Having a booked hotel, Airbnb, ect. be cancelled at anytime would be a pain. Having it cancelled once we’re there from flying across the country put us in a very tough situation. We had to walk to a nearby hotel and stay there. Would be concerned about booking this house!”airbnb
