“Great location, clean, easy parking, solid spot”

“Beautiful views were definitely a +. The kitchen lacked enough dishes for all 8 of us. There were limited kitchen supplies and there were no sponges. iTrip offered to send some over, but we’d already gotten some. I understood this was wheelchair accessible. A cousin who uses a wheelchair had to have us put some wood we found on the side of the house below the front steps to make a ramp. She was limited to the first floor. The living room was upstairs. Not much comfortable seating for 8. Game room picture showed an air hockey table. It was replaced with a small pool table. Hot tub was the main perk we were looking forward to. Checked the temperature on Saturday afternoon and it wasn’t working. We were told maintenance would be there within an hour, they didn’t show up until 11:30 the next morning. The plug & outlet were fried & needed to be replaced. It didn’t get to a decent temp until Monday morning. They refunded the hot tub fees and gave us a later checkout. Disappointing.”

“The property itself is gorgeous. My reason for a poor review lies solely on the property manager, iTripNorthwest. After my inquiry about a late check out, nine days before the trip, a representative from iTrip Northwest said the latest they can approve a check out would be 1:00pm. I responded that would be great. The day of the trip, I received a text message stating check out was at 10am. I responded with attached copies of correspondence showing that the 1:00pm checkout had been offered and was accepted. Two days later at 10pm, the night before checkout, I am informed that our checkout time was 10am. Most of our guests were already in bed. I have been an avid user of Airbnb for over 10 years and have the most positive of reviews. This was my first experience renting a property managed by iTrip Northwest. Due to unresponsive customer service, inaccurate information and overall unprofessional property management I will not be renting from them again.”

“The main house was beautiful-great accommodation, and the views are fabulous. The guest house was unfortunately a disappointment. We had a large party of 10, and used up all the available space in both the main house and guest cottage. The guest house smelled musty and damp, and was much less welcoming than the main house.”

“Overall, great place to stay for a girls trip. Fairly comfortable, and walking distance from wineries and views are gorgeous!”

“Unfortunately, what was advertised wasn’t what was delivered. Too many issues to list, but dirty, spiders and cobwebs all over, amenities listed, TVs with streaming, didn’t work the entire time, cable finally worked but only in one tv and our trio was almost over. Crusty rag left over lamp, undraining sink, different floors and paint conditions then in photos, not enough provided amenities, one towel and one washcloth per person for a 3 day stay, grandsons feet were turning black from the floors, cookie sheets don’t fit in the oven, unreasonable attempts to resolve issues. I was given a30-45 minute window for a cleaner to come. Because we wouldn’t be there, I offered a different time and was told no, that was the only window. So I cleaned on my vacation and then they went ahead and agreed to have someone come the next morning at 9. She came and did a quick cobweb clean and took sink water and did a quick mop on the main room floors. There’s more but no offer to make this right.”

“The home was beautiful, my little family enjoyed our weekend trip. Only complaints is that the master bathroom had to be plunged anytime it was used which was frustrating, and out of the 5 bedrooms only one room had a tv which was in the room with the bunkbeds, the kids could not watch tv because the batteries needed replacement. The host did offer to reimburse us if we replaced the batteries but we only had another day there and most of our time was spent outside of the home.”

“Missed finding it due to new paint job and did not match pictures. Overall it was fine. Beds were good, kitchen was well equipped EXCEPT for broken coffee pot. First day found coffee pot broken. I spent three days asking for replacement, it never happened. Very strong dog smell in the house. As long as you love pets, you're good to go. A few windows did not have screens so hard to leave open without screens. Patio furniture was just stacked on the patio table and chairs had broken seats. Refrigerator was missing crisper drawers. Upstairs carpet made really weird sounds with the plastic underneath it. Signs in all bathrooms to use black makeup towels, yet there were no black makeup towels. Each room had an entire power strip by each bed for all electronics, that was great!”

“The house was nice. Although the shower pressures were a bit low in bathrooms and there were no locks on the doors, but other than that everything was just like how it was described.”
