“Our stay was incredible! The views were beautiful and access to the beach was so convenient. It is located on a more secluded side of the resort so you are a 20 minute bike ride from Harbour Town, The Beach Club and Lawton Stables. We had no issue with it though because it was worth the beach views. Everything felt so nice and the place was very clean!”

“We have been staying in Sea Pines for many years, and this is our favorite villa/townhome that we’ve stayed in. We’d stayed in the Inland Harbor neighborhood of Sea Pines before, and it’s one of our favorite locations because of the easy bike access to both the Beach Club and Harbour Town as well as the trolley access, but also the layout of the units and the well maintained community pool. This unit is not only recently updated but extremely well maintained and well stocked, and exceptionally clean. My wife is extremely picky about scents and little tiny issues here and there, and couldn’t have been happier with the unit. The property managers were very responsive and helpful. Nothing bad to say about this one, will likely stay here again.”

“This house could be so much more and I hope this review is taken constructively by the host. The size was great; kitchen was well equipped; it was clean except for badly stained carpets. The pool was nice, but small for the number of guest this house can sleep. The tree above it was constantly dropping debris; we had to skim the top a couple of times a day and empty the skimmer basket daily. The hot tub isn’t truly a hot tub unless you pay exorbitant fees to heat it. I have heard of paying to heat the pool, but never a hot tub. It was our bad we did not see that info prior to arriving and did not get to use the hot tub for its intended use. The location isn’t awful; it is very quiet; but there is no walking to the beach from the area this house is in. An electrical company came during our stay to fix electrical issues and the instructions on the location of the issue were not accurate; which prompted them to ask questions of us, the guest. I won’t say stay away, but renter be aware.”

“It was fair , house needs new carpets and a new refrigerator that makes ice. Overall house was in good condition, kitchen had plenty of utensils and cookware. Pool deck and outside area was great.”

“Great location and nice place for a long weekend. Dealing with ITrip had its issues - no car pass or voucher mailed to us prior to the trip, excessive texts with the same information, and difficult to get basic information about how things worked in the condo.”

“Overall, we had a great stay and really enjoyed the property. The house was clean, spacious, and worked well for our group, and we had a wonderful time. Communication was excellent. There were a few things that could be improved. They mail you the passes, which means coordination is required if people are coming in different cars / different times. The pool was cleaned after we had already checked in, which meant we had to get out while it was being serviced. It would have been much better if that had been completed before our arrival or after. But note, it was clean when we got there, seemed like a scheduling thing. We were also surprised by the additional $85 charge to turn on the hot tub, as that wasn’t something we expected. Finally, the beds were unfortunately quite uncomfortable, which made sleeping difficult for several people in our group. Despite those issues, we still had an enjoyable stay and would recommend the property, sharing mostly for awareness.”

“This is a conveniently located hideaway in Palmetto Dunes considering lots of Hilton Head’s good beach access is private. That said, it’s on 1st floor and having upstairs neighbors is never fun. I won’t hold this place to renovation standards since most beach houses look the same as they did 20-30 years ago but the place could use a deep clean- I saw gunk built up in the shower tile cracks, ceiling fan caked with dust, occasional bugs etc. I got unlucky that the WiFi didn’t work during my entire stay, but was usually able to salvage some cell signal throughout the place except the bathrooms. I did appreciate the nice view of the pond fountain from the back porch as the pictures show. The host is responsive but careful with directions if you’re unfamiliar with the area”
