“Perfect house for our family of 4 and dog! The location was great. It is in the back of a quiet neighborhood but it backs up to the main bike path between the beach club and harbor town so it was easy to get everywhere on bikes. The bamboo natural fence provides privacy from the bike bath and busy roundabout in the back. The kitchen has everything we needed to cook meals at home. Every room had their own bathroom. Would stay here again.”

“We had a fantastic stay and would absolutely love to come back. The house is beautiful, thoughtfully designed, incredibly comfortable, and even better than we expected. The view of the Jones course from the back of the house is gorgeous, and we especially loved spending time on the porch and enjoying the scenery. The pool was in fantastic shape and was such a great way to cool off. There were also tons of thoughtful extras for families, including plenty of pool toys for the kids and beach gear available to use. The beach is incredibly convenient, literally less than five minutes from walking out the door to having our feet in the sand. Inside, the house was spacious, beautifully furnished, and very comfortable. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out, and it worked wonderfully for our families with young children while also feeling like it could easily accommodate a larger group. We also really appreciated the strong internet, great entertainment setup, and dedica”

“Parking is terrible. We were told only 2 cars could be parked when there was a lot of space. How can you offer a 12 ppl house and only offer parking for 2 cars? Even more when you are traveling with babies. We had to find a public garage and pay extra for it. And when getting the parking passes we were told we could have gotten extra passes but when I reached out I was told NO multiple times.”

“This house could be so much more and I hope this review is taken constructively by the host. The size was great; kitchen was well equipped; it was clean except for badly stained carpets. The pool was nice, but small for the number of guest this house can sleep. The tree above it was constantly dropping debris; we had to skim the top a couple of times a day and empty the skimmer basket daily. The hot tub isn’t truly a hot tub unless you pay exorbitant fees to heat it. I have heard of paying to heat the pool, but never a hot tub. It was our bad we did not see that info prior to arriving and did not get to use the hot tub for its intended use. The location isn’t awful; it is very quiet; but there is no walking to the beach from the area this house is in. An electrical company came during our stay to fix electrical issues and the instructions on the location of the issue were not accurate; which prompted them to ask questions of us, the guest. I won’t say stay away, but renter be aware.”
