“The home is in a quiet neighborhood in Sea Pines. It’s just inside the gates close to dining just outside and about 9 minutes from Harbor Town. Really relaxing views of the tee. Highly recommend if you are looking for a quiet spot away from the noisy crowds.”

“If you’re staying in Sea Pines and not directly on the beach, this home is in a great little neighborhood and a great stay. We were a 6-minute walk from the community pool which made it easy with littles. Accommodations were great. The beds were so comfy and felt luxurious but consensus was we didn’t love the pillows - no matter, we made do. Note that there were no pantry staples in the kitchen, something I have usually found at other spots. If you’re staying a week, get everything you need (even salt!) at the grocery store! Communication was very responsive but sometimes I wondered if I was talking to AI, which I didn’t like. Would definitely stay here again, as it was a great place.”

“We had a wonderful trip and the house is beautiful and great location for family with young kids as long as you have a car. Kitchen stocked with everything to prepare meals but bring spices and oils as those were not provided. 5 Star week absolutely”

“We went on on a short getaway with our 5 kiddos age 3-17. This was a cozy place for us to connect and spend time together. I gave 5 stars because it was a good value for the price, it was clean and we would stay again. The lagoon view was very peaceful. The community was nice and in a good location. The host was great with answering questions. Inside is just as pictured. Things to know: This is a condo so you can hear the neighbors at times. This did not affect our stay at all - again, 5 kids! The property is older but well maintained. The kitchen had the minimal basics - enough for simple meals.”

They were quick to respond, answered our questions, and gave us confidence that everything was in order. The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as advertised. “What a gem! This home is tucked away in a quiet and peaceful area of Sea Pines. Immediately we were impressed with the cleanliness of the home and how bright and fresh the inside felt. The home was spacious enough for our party of 6 to stretch out and enjoy every feature of the home. The large windows make the pool visible from almost every corner of the house which is great with kids. The beach chairs,toys and wagon available to use were such a nice gesture and saved us the packing space in the car! The comfortable beds and 100% cotton linens made sure every night was a dream!
