“Great location and amenities were as described.”

“The cabin was perfect for 2 adults and 2 kids. Any more people (listing says up to 6) and it would be very tight quarters with no space for everyone to gather. The beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked with all cooking needs. Not having a functioning oven was difficult. Hopefully this will be fixed for future use. Location is great. Loved having that option to enjoy the community pool! Overall a nice cozy cabin.”

“No Air conditioning. 95 degrees during our stay - tought to cool off. Internet did not work, which meant "smart" tv did not work. We communicated with host, but went without throughout our stay. Otherwise, house was dated but tastefully done, great size for our group and in a great, peaceful and enjoyable setting.”

“We had an enjoyable stay. House was as pictured but enough things were old, needed attention, or broken that in the future I would probably stay somewhere else as Sunriver has so many great options. Good: easy to find and enter, good location, spacious, hot tub, shark passes. Cons: no ac so hard to regulate temp (hot during day and then too cold by 2am), mattresses were VERY old, queen bed was so hard that we had to put all the other comforters on the bed under us so we could sleep, several blinds were broken and stuck open so woke with the sun, 2 of the toilets clogged a couple times, no extra sheets (only 1 flannel bottom sheet for sofa bed), only 1 of 4 bikes was functional, house was clean enough but found old goldfish under bed and toys under sofa. House just needs a little tlc:)”

“Nice place, in a great location. We loved the big back yard and the kids loved the hot tub.”

“The room was good and the amenities were nice. There is a loud noise in one of the rooms that made it very challenging to sleep.”

“Beautiful home, clean and comfortable, very close to lots of fun shops and the river. We had an issue with towels that management refused to assist us with - we were literally sharing bath towels. So, I guess, bring some extras from home? Otherwise a great trip.”

“Overall the location was great. There were a few things that didn’t quite give us the 5 star experience. The internet never worked despite someone coming to try and fix it. They never followed up on that. But most importantly we were not notified of maintenance coming to change air filters. They just showed up and my 70 year old mom was alone and did not want to answer the door for 2 strange men who said they were maintenance. They claimed they let the owners know weeks ago but we were not notified. We were notified 5 minutes before our check in time that our room had not been cleaned so we had to wait an hour and a half to check in. There were a few other small things about the house that could be improved, overall I don’t think the house was worth what we ended up paying.”

“Really clean and in a quiet neighborhood that is about 10 minutes from restaurants and the river. The backyard was great and we loved the hot tub. The host did not have great communication which was difficult as we left clothing behind. Fine place overall just frustrated with the company.”

“The beds and furniture were comfortable and the location was great for access to Mt Bachelor with fun for kids (pools and miniature golf). However, the finishes inside appear to have not been updated since originally build. Broken tiles, older heating system which makes noise all night. Showers were hard pressure that it hurt and couldn’t be adjusted. Also very minimal supplies provided. For example, duraflame logs but no lighters. No cooking spray but they did have some oil. Older pots and pans that don’t sit flat on the stove top. Also, don’t eat in the restaurant unless you are ok with average bar food.”
