“My husband & I flew down from Ma to visit with my mom and brother and his family who live in Summerville SC. We decided to do a few days at Hilton Head since none of us had ever been. Everything was clean and exactly as described. The beach was literally a 10 minute walk and was very nice. I like to take pictures and I was able to see a pretty sunrise! We traveled with 2 small kids. 6 and 2 and they LOVED the pool! The only thing I can say that is not positive is the beds creaked a lot and were not super comfortable. But that definitely did not ruin our stay in any way. I would definitely suggest to others and also stay here again!!”

“Condo was beautiful for sure! But I would like to point out that the listing had a few inaccuracies. It says beach front which it is not. Yes the building is but the unit is on the opposite side of the beach. It also states it has a balcony/ patio and it also doesn’t have either of these. We were pretty disappointed by this. Ocean/beach front with a balcony or patio is always my #1 filter I apply when searching for a place to rent.”

“Downstairs was beautifully remodeled and the view of the golf course was amazing. Quick drive to the beach or a bike ride. Lots of kitchen gadgets to cook and serve meals. Rooms were good size! Plenty of towels and linens. Only neg was the master bath left little to be desired it was outdated (looked original) and smelled like mold. Consider including beach towels for use for future guests. (Not sure how we would have flown with towels for 5 of us if not staying at a resort that provides them) we would def stay again as the location and upgraded first level were perfect!”

“We arrived Friday evening and the instructions to getting into the Airbnb were very very complicated and the address on the App isnt where your suppose to even go to get your car passes , its across the street ? we were stuck trying to call the host for help , but once they got him on the phone , he was great , but he instructions needs to be clearer since he mentioned "happens alot" . ALL INSTRUCTIONS NEED TO BE IN THE APP NOT SENT THRU EMAILS/CALLS. My daughter took a shower Saturday morning and the water was so hard that it turned her pandora bracelet BROWN. The pipes smelled like rotten eggs and the water smelled like pure salt water , when we called maintance to come look at the facility he argued there was no smell and the water was fine , but yet 8 people staying in the airbnb all smelled the same thing . If you think your walking out near the beach , WRONG . There were roaches in the down stairs bathroom , we couldnt cook because we didnt know what was wrong with the water.”

“Beautiful home generally. Carpet very worn with stains and ripples throughout. Dryer vent not connected, slow drains in master bathroom sinks, navy blue couch (different from advertised pic) was worn and pilled. Cushion slid off when you sat down. Pool area was a mess! Pool dirty/slimy, surrounding deck area not swept and mulch and leaves were in and out of the pool. Pool lounge furniture was soiled. No privacy at the pool area. Another condo pool faced directly into our pool space. Bed in master suite on first floor lifted when sitting on the front edge of bed. Double bedroom bed (2nd floor) did the same. Unfortunately we won’t return to this property or use Island Time again .”

“This place was remarkable! Would definitely stay again. If I was forced to find a negative, it would be the additional charge of $400 to hear and use the pumps in the hot tub. Seems excessive. Otherwise, awesome place!”

“Island Time should have been informed the pool did not open until Memorial Day. We would have adjusted our vacation. We were repeatedly given inaccurate information on how to obtain and purchase pool passes only to find out on our own the pool wouldn’t be open for 2 weeks. Very disappointing.”
