“We had a great stay! We had the option of walking to the beach, as well as biking. The house was roomy and my family loved the pool especially after a walk back from the beach!”

“This house was perfect for our family of 10 adults on one dog! There were a few minor issues with the house that we shared with the host which should be easy to address and will make this a perfect home. We've stayed in Palmetto Dunes for many many years and this was one of the closest and easiest walks to the beach that we've ever had. Our favorite part of the house was the very large and open main living area. We never felt crowded, had plenty of room to spread out, and could easily communicate with everyone, even if they were in the kitchen preparing a meal. What you see in the listing for this home is very accurate so if you like what you see, you won't be disappointed.”

“The condo is in a very convenient area. It sits right on the beach and is walkable to shops and restaurants. The pools and beach are wonderful and there is a great park for kids nearby. The condo is very spacious and was clean however the condo is a bit worn. One of the bedrooms had a very humid smell and a large area of dry wall was cut out of the closet from floor to the middle of the wall which was covered with plastic. Windows had chipped paint and appliances were old. The best part of the condo is the view of the ocean.”

“Beautiful home generally. Carpet very worn with stains and ripples throughout. Dryer vent not connected, slow drains in master bathroom sinks, navy blue couch (different from advertised pic) was worn and pilled. Cushion slid off when you sat down. Pool area was a mess! Pool dirty/slimy, surrounding deck area not swept and mulch and leaves were in and out of the pool. Pool lounge furniture was soiled. No privacy at the pool area. Another condo pool faced directly into our pool space. Bed in master suite on first floor lifted when sitting on the front edge of bed. Double bedroom bed (2nd floor) did the same. Unfortunately we won’t return to this property or use Island Time again .”

“This place was remarkable! Would definitely stay again. If I was forced to find a negative, it would be the additional charge of $400 to hear and use the pumps in the hot tub. Seems excessive. Otherwise, awesome place!”

“Island Time should have been informed the pool did not open until Memorial Day. We would have adjusted our vacation. We were repeatedly given inaccurate information on how to obtain and purchase pool passes only to find out on our own the pool wouldn’t be open for 2 weeks. Very disappointing.”
