“We had a wonderful stay at this home. It was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and had a fantastic setup for our group. The layout worked very well for our athletes and coaches, providing plenty of space for everyone to gather, relax, and prepare for each day’s activities. One feature we especially appreciated was the large kitchen and oversized stove, which allowed us to prepare meals that supported our athletes’ training schedule at Smith Stearns Academy. Having the ability to cook healthy, performance-focused meals for a large group was a huge benefit. The home was equipped with great amenities and everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We would absolutely recommend this property to other groups and would be happy to stay here again in the future.”

“We had a wonderful stay at this property! The accommodations were exceptionally clean, fresh, and pleasant from the moment we arrived. There was more than enough space for the seven of us to relax comfortably without feeling crowded. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the necessary cooking equipment. The location was also perfect. We were just steps away from the pool, making it incredibly convenient for a quick swim. Getting to the beach was equally easy—we loved renting bikes and taking a scenic, short ride straight to the sand.Highly recommend this spot for any large family or group looking for a clean, spacious, and well-located Hilton Head getaway. We would definitely stay here again!”

“Great place in the heart of Sea Pines. Something they don’t advertise is a walking path to the beach which is much closer than Beach Club or biking to South Beach! The pool and outdoor area were fun . House was clean and had all we needed in the kitchen. Plenty of parking. Beds were comfy.”

“Everything was great with the house except the WiFi. It was slow and consistently went down. Also there was a large pipe in the beach for our entire week. It didn’t affect our vacation but wish we had known about it.”

“Island Time should have been informed the pool did not open until Memorial Day. We would have adjusted our vacation. We were repeatedly given inaccurate information on how to obtain and purchase pool passes only to find out on our own the pool wouldn’t be open for 2 weeks. Very disappointing.”

“Very well appointed, clean home which actually was larger than I expected from the photos and closer to the beach than I expected from the photos. I would recommend heating the pool as that made our stay much more pleasant for the kids and adults.”
