“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the condo; it was beautiful and exceptionally clean. We wanted to share a few observations for future guests. We didn't realize that driving to the beach within Sea Pines requires a yellow parking pass given only to residents and guests of residents, as does parking in Lot 8 to catch the trolley. While the closest accessible beach by car is Coligny Beach (about a 10-minute drive), we loved using the provided bikes to explore the island. (I think the beach is too far to walk to, it’s about a mile each way. ) Harbour Town was a very convenient two-minute ride away. The location is beautiful and relaxing. The rental company was very responsive.”

“We paid for the view. The unit needs a refresh. The cabinet doors are peeling. The dishwasher is rusty. The mattresses were hard and uncomfortable. The ceiling fan was dirty. The rugs were a tripping hazard.”

“Place is cute and cozy. It was little things like no broom to sweep the sand up from the beach. Mold on the master bedroom wall, and WiFi instructions were incorrect, could not connect any of our devices and left early due to inability to work. Tried to reach out for assistance once and they responded full but were short and not very polite.”
