“Host was very responsive to our needs. The toaster was broken and they had a new one to us the next morning! Great customer service! The sunset cruise was a nice addition and Captain Steve was nice and friendly.”

“We have rented many homes on HHI and we couldnt ask for better Hosts...attentive to our every need guaranteeing our holiday was special. 11 in our family (70s/30s/children/infant/dog) celebrating special birthdays in this true beach house with great proximity to beach. Beautifully maintained pool kids and adults all enjoyed. Great layout as we could all come together at long dinner table or break out kids play in one area, adults could chat out on deck or family rooms for games or movie on large screen tv. Our 2 younger boys said it was their favorite vacation, even better than Disney!”

“We stayed here with a group of 10 and had a great time in Hilton Head. The location is excellent and very close to the beach. That said, for over $1,000 a night, the property did not fully meet expectations. The yard could use more upkeep, with leaves and debris that ended up blowing into the pool. the pool needed to be cleaned before we could use it. Inside, there were a few maintenance items that stood out. Some tables and a bed frame were unstable, and the refrigerator door handle was loose. The grill is about to fall down. It’s like someone tightened all these items with their finger instead of a screw driver. The kitchen was somewhat limited for a home this size, and we found ourselves rewashing utensils. We still had a very enjoyable stay, and we appreciated being able to park and enjoy the beach after checkout. Sharing this feedback to help set expectations and hopefully encourage a few updates.”

“We loved our Hilton Head stay! The house was perfect for our family vacation. We loved that the beach was a close (>5min) walk. The house was clean and had may amenities included (beach towels, pool rafts, beach wagon) and stuff for our toddlers too (high chair, portable crib, pack-n-play)! The location is great, biking/walking distance to Coligny and Sea Pines. The hosts were very responsive as well, would definitely stay here again!”

“We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this vacation home! The house itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed—perfect for relaxing and enjoying time together. One of our favorite features was the easy, short walk to the beach, which made it so convenient to go back and forth throughout the day. The surrounding area is just as great, with walking trails and sidewalks that lead to nearby shops, making it easy to explore without needing to drive everywhere. The beds were incredibly comfortable, which made for restful nights after long days in the sun. This home is ideal for a couples getaway but also works perfectly for multiple families traveling together, with plenty of space for everyone to feel comfortable. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient beach retreat!”

“I was debating on writing a review as i don't like making reviews on a one time experience. To people not familiar with the island, there are excessive costs on actually getting there and moving around which isn't discloseduntil after you book. It is not easy to move around if you have handicap guest. The host was fairly responsive but not willing to help at all once we found out that the listing isn't handicap friendly at all. It definitely changed our whole trip. The island itself is absolutely more fun down that the pictures depict as well as the property, but you can still enjoy yourself there if you're just looking for a getaway. If you go, not expecting you found this amazing secret gem, you will be fine. The locals are 50/50 you can tell they love their island and they need the money but they aren't too fond of tourist, that definitely changes the vibe. Think twice maybe check another island but the price was reasonable and worth a once around.”

“Lovely house, as described in the photos and written description. We found some of the towels to be less than clean and the floor wasn't super clean, but it is a beach house and these small factors did not detract from the overall very positive experience. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend!”

“We loved our stay! It was super easy to walk to the beach, plenty of parking and easy to get to restaurants. The house was updated, had plenty of furniture and space for our group of 12. It was nice to have so many TVs all that have Netflix and YouTube. The beach items like chairs and wagon were a great addition. The beach is a short walk down a path right out back of the house. Made it perfect walking to the beach with kids. If arriving at night, bring a flashlight as it’s dark and was hard to see to get in.”
