“I've never left a negative review, but future guests should know what to expect. The space was tidy, but beds were uncomfortable, towels were in poor condition, and we were up all night due to animals scratching in the walls. The booking process was frustrating — we were charged extra fees outside Airbnb and required to print a paper confirmation to check in, none of which was communicated upfront. The on-site contact was unwelcoming; when we asked where to check in, he said "in Cleveland." There was no communication between the main office and this location. We followed every checkout instruction: cleaned dishes, took out trash, left the place spotless, and even left food for on-site workers as requested. We still received a negative review — which is what prompted this one. I'd look elsewhere.”
