“We would definitely stay again , downstairs bedroom was really hot even with the temperature of the house low. Left side of sink with garbage disposal took a long time to drain . Other than those little things we really enjoyed our week stay.”

“My family enjoyed our stay no doubt. The rooms were spacious and clean. The pool and pier were public which we didn't expect but either way it was peaceful and so clean. My kids loves the playground. AC was loud but kept us cool. Great location and definitely will come back 👍🏼”

“This property was as described - you are paying for the views !! The best part of the stay . Condo comfortable to stay in , previous reviews about sofa bed was accurate . I had my two kids sleep on the sofa bed and it wasn’t as comfortable . Location is great and we enjoyed the beach and pool . I would recommend the host to keep at least salt and pepper in the kitchen and a kettle for hot water . When the host asked if there’s anything they can do to enhance our stay we asked for more towels but never got a response from them . We stayed four nights so going to the beach and taking multiple showers we like to use new towels. Overall the stay was great and we enjoyed our stay !”

“The stay was mostly fine, but we had a serious issue checking in. There were already people staying in our assigned apartment due to a confusion by the host. Once that was resolved, everything else was okay, but the initial experience was quite stressful.”

“Unfortunately I don't recommend this place. The first day the wifi didn't work, the backyard doesn't have light or grill, I understand that the pool is shared but the other guests already had the whole place so we couldn't enjoy it, it doesn't have a broom or mop to clean and to finish our stay was interrupted by the police due to a misunderstanding between the owner of the place and the host about the days we had rented, I was embarrassed with my husband's family.”

“We had to leave to another listing 2 days after we checked in because the owners arrived. The 1st place we booked that is the actual listing is great, 1st floor, right in front of the beach, pool with heater and the place was overall really spacious. The 2nd place they had us moved to was really small in comparison on the 7th floor, it did have an amazing ocean view, but pale in comparison to the actual place we booked. They offered us to move yet again, but at that point we were just tired. We let the SPI rentals know that we were unhappy with the switch and wanted compensation for the hassle of havin to move, but they didn't really do anything about it.”

“We were expecting to have a peaceful weekend and nobody told us that the condo next to us was under construction and they started working at 8 am on a Saturday. Worst vacation!”
