“We had a wonderful stay in Cape Coral! The home was beautiful, very comfortable, and located in a lovely area with plenty of great restaurants nearby. Everything was just as we had hoped for. Keely was a wonderful host—friendly, welcoming, and very helpful throughout our stay. We truly enjoyed our time here and would happily stay again. Highly recommended!”

“Everything was thought about for the guest. Plenty of supplies, restaurant recommendations, excellent instructions, FOB key and garage remote. It rained and thundered during this stay, so the garage remote was a huge plus! 👍. Best of all the home was super clean and the host ( Lars)was very responsive. 3 stories high, so be ready to get your stair steps in!😃👍. The home is at a busy traffic light, so be prepared for some noise. It wasn't too much traffic noise though. The beach is less than a block across the street. Perfect, if the weather permits a walk there. I would definitely book again👍”

“This house fit us well. 6 adults and 1 child. Everything was well except we found small pieces of broken glass in the pool and hot tub and near the table, luckily no was cut themselves. The pool was large enough for 7 of us. Good amount of seating for everyone. Some of the light bulbs were not working through out the house including the dock. The hot tub never got hot like it should and the bubbles lasted no longer than 3 minutes. Neil was very responsive with whatever I texted about. Another downfall was the A/C unit doesn’t really cool the bedrooms & bathrooms down. The kitchen and living room area were cooled. Very limited on beach supplies so we had to buy some. The house was very enjoyable to stay at just wish it was a bit more homey feeling. Good amount of lighting near the pool was helpful. Thank you for having us!”

“The place was great!!!! The host was very responsive to any and all questions before and during our stay. The backyard was the show stopper, we all enjoyed it so much. Loved having beach items to use during our stay. The kitchen was fully stocked and ready to go. Would definitely stay again.”

“We had an incredible time at this beautiful property that was exactly as advertised and then some! Beach chairs and umbrellas, plenty of towels, and all the appliances and amenities listed. Close to Pompano beach and Lauderdale by the sea and plenty of restaurants- even some in walking distance. We LOVED the pool, dock and outdoor space. Lars was perfectly responsive although we only had one minor issue (drip coffee pot was broken) and he had a new one for us in under an hour. Highly recommend!! We would absolutely stay here again”
