“We enjoyed our stay and it was literally right beside old town kissimmee which was a lot of fun and the world of food trucks. The place was really nice and well kept, only issue is hot tub did not work but we were so busy it was ok”

“This was a last minute book, literally booked it the night before. My family has a nice stay. We enjoyed the pool at night. It was a little further to the parks then we are use to, but it works.”

“We had a nice stay overall. The home was clean, comfortable, and the pool was a wonderful amenity that our family really enjoyed. The only minor issues were that the air conditioning didn’t cool the home enough at night, which made sleeping a bit uncomfortable, and I didn’t receive a response when I reached out to the host during our stay. Aside from those points, we enjoyed our visit and appreciated the opportunity to stay here.”

“There were roaches everywhere. Big ones small ones. Besides that everything was ok”

“Coming into the Airbnb I was excited the looks need to be updated. However, the bathroom had mold and grime. The stove in the oven was dirty. There was bugs coming in from the pool area into the bathroom. There was spiders in the Jacuzzi. The walls were dirty and dingy. There was mice and roaches. The worst Airbnb I have had by far. I do not recommend this place.”

“Location was amazing walkable to old town. Restore was nice, but you pay $10 to get in. The minute we walked into the bnb itself we started noticing issues. The bathroom soap dispenser and toothbrush holders were not cleaned. The patio door was broken allowing bugs in. We did not receive any acknowledgment when we informed the host about the door, but they answered my question about check out. This was inconsiderate. We reached out about bugs at 9am and it’s been 12 hours and we still have not gotten a response, an explanation, or help. Roaches can travel with you and they’re extremely unsanitary.”

“The house was infested with cockroaches. I asked for pest control to be carried out, but it wasn't done. It was two terrible nights; it was impossible to eat or cook in the house.”

“We didn't get to stay there. The host canceled on us 3 hours before check in. It was stated that there was a water leak that needed to be addressed and would take days to correct. We did book another villa in the same resort to find that there was another family staying in the villa we had originally rented. There was no assistance in finding another place to stay. Needless to say, anxiety was high to be 17 hours away from home with nowhere to go.”

“upon arrival was asked by the gate security to remove my business decal magnets while on property, this was not explained prior to booking. Once we arrived to the lockbox box to get inside the unit, the lockbox box seemed outdated and would not open until after the 9th/10th attempt. when we first went into the unit, we noticed stains in carpet, worn out couch and loveseat, worn out and old carpet, and just an outdated overall unit for the price paid. We also found a needle embedded in the carpet that was unsafe, and found a used condem about 1 ft outside the front door that took 16-18 hrs for someone to finally come remove. Found dog poop in the grass area steps away from the patio area and problems with the plumbing towards the end of our stay. Overall nowhere near worth what we paid for a 7 night stay and expected much better.”
