“Great property, stairs the water are steep, proceed with caution. Otherwise awesome location and no one was around us and it was extremely peaceful and quiet. The only thing more beautiful than the surroundings was my wife sitting next to me! Highly recommend this location.”

“Overall, we had a good stay at the bungalow and enjoyed the resort and its amenities. The property was comfortable, and our family had a nice time. There were a couple of things that could definitely be improved. We did not have internet access during our entire four-night stay, which also meant there was no streaming available on the TVs. This was especially inconvenient with kids during the evenings. Our only other complaint was the pool policy regarding outside beverages. Overnight resort guests are not allowed to bring their own beverages into the pool area. I can understand having restrictions for daily pool guests, but as paying guests staying at the resort for 3 nights, I feel there should be a different policy. Perhaps overnight guests could receive a special wristband identifying them and allowing them to bring their own beverages into the pool area, as long as they follow the resort’s rules regarding containers and safety. Other than those issues, we enjoyed our stay.”

“The place itself was very nice and comfortable. The space was clean and plenty of space for a tiny home. My only problem was with the beach/rover access. The photos make it seem like the rover is right off the patio, when it’s actually down a rocky embankment about 5-6 feet. There is a staircase down to the beach area but the beach area is also very rocky and muddy. If the beach/river access is not that important than this place is perfect. That was my only complaint. I love to sit in a chair by the water and I was not able to do that here. We still had fun though and made the most out of it. The beds were also very comfortable as others had mentioned in their reviews.”

“I always love coming to Parker and visiting Roadrunner. This was my first time visiting the bungalows and I was a bit disappointed. The house lacked basic essentials you might find in a typical BNB like extra trash bags, sponges to clean dishes, kitchen necessities to use the kitchen like a pot or sheet pan. I was also sad to learn that no extra towels were provided in a river house that weren’t for bathing. Not very good about communication either. The bungalow was cute and clean, and the park was quiet and friendly. Loved being a few steps away from the pool or the beach. Drink tokens are a big plus!!”

“Don’t pick this location they have rats we paid 700 for stay but we didn’t stay we left few hours later l. We ask for a refund and they never responded or called us back”

“It was unprofessional and offensive they called it ‘Blue Bliss’ but actually the name is ‘Blue Balls’ so ya when you spent a lot of money and your husband is getting picked up on by old ladies it made it uncomfortable! Funny but not funny! And my boys didn’t appreciate it either!”

“This would have been a great stay until after we were told we used 150.00 worth propane tank. This was crazy to read because we NEVER turned on heater or even went into pool. So ridiculous to receive a message like this. They requested 150.00 dollars! Bad business”

“There were roaches in the house, a horrible cat pee smell in the bunk bed rooms which we found Several cat toys in that room which confirmed the smell. There was a leak in the bathroom that made the entire house smell and wet carpet. We had been planning this trip for months for my daughter’s birthdays and the experience caused our trip to not be as pleasant as expected, especially when we spent over $3,000 dollars for 3 nights. I would like to discuss a resolution for the issues. Thank you”
