“Tres beau condo et bien situé. Le gros bémol est qu’il y a une caserne de pompier et nous entendions tout les camions autant le jour que la nuit. Si non rien a dire nous avons passer un super sejour.”

“This stay felt less like an Airbnb and more like a survival challenge we accidentally paid for. Imagine checking in, getting settled, and realizing you can’t even take a normal hot shower. Cold showers only. Then came the scavenger hunt for basic necessities. There was no drinking water provided, one roll of toilet paper with no refills, no paper towels, and very few towels Once the towels were used, we had to wash them ourselves. There were only two laundry detergents, so we had to go out and BUY detergent. At some point, we weren’t guests anymore. We were supplying and maintaining the Airbnb ourselves. I don’t expect luxury, but hot water, drinking water, toilet paper, paper towels, and enough clean towels are basic hospitality. Why are we paying a cleaning fee if it’s required ti take out the trash? The listing may look appealing, but the actual experience was completely different. I absolutely would not recommend staying here unless you want to be on an episode of survival.”

“The place was great! Had a little trouble with one day key card was deactivated without reaching out to us at all. Loved the building very safe and friendly. I do think for the amount paid the amenities should be better. No paper towels and the amount of toilet paper for the trip was not enough. The balcony was great and the actual place was lovely. Everything is walking distance, A lot of options and a lot of things to do. Would definitely recommend!!!!”

“My roommate had a 30 minute wait until they finally realized she was also registered to be in the room so she can have access to the pool which is ridiculous. Their tub was dirty in the bathroom. Someone was trying to open our room door that was scary. I wouldn’t recommend because being here gave us problems but besides that the building was nice.”

“Nice play but the bathtub was stopped up in the biggest room, the television would not connect to the wifi and the shower heads are malfunctioned.”

“It was a nice enough place but small. Convenient and walkable to eating and some shopping. Negatives: we had a 2 bedroom with 3 people and 4 rolls of toilet paper and 4 towels with no detergent, for 5 days. Items are available for purchase but I’m used to them being provided. Also, other VRBO Airbnb, etc. allow you to store your luggage on site if you have a later flight without a $49 charge. We had to check out before 10:00 am and had to sit outside with our luggage until a 6:00 flight.”

“We were really disappointed with our stay. The view was completely obstructed by ongoing construction, and every morning around 8 AM there was loud work happening outside, including workers on the balconies, taping windows and handrails, hammer-drilling, and working on the building covering it. It woke us up consistently and made it very difficult to rest due to them doing it repeatedly every morning RIGHT outside our unit and repeatedly had construction workers talking on our balcony at 7am -5pm . The bed was also broken, so we slept very poorly throughout the stay. On top of that, there was a noticeable smell of weed in the building/unit area, and weed found on the balcony which made the experience even less comfortable. The property had potential and could have been a much better stay if these issues had not been present, but between the construction noise, obstructed view, broken bed, and smell, it did not meet our expectations.”

“Local bem localizado , limpo, bem requintado e equipado, com bela vista . Ponto negativo é a reforma que na data de setembro de 2026 nos impediu de usar a piscina e de ter acesso a sacada. O barulho causado tbm nos atrapalhou em um dos dias. Persiana de um dos quartos estava sem controle e foi prontamente arrumado. O estacionamento conveniado para ter acesso ao valor menor tem que ser pedido com antecedência, eles lev um cartão de acesso. Solicite antes para não ter imprevistos. Com certeza voltaria apesar destes pontos apresentados”

“This place is a good stay for anyone who wants to be in the heart of Miami downtown. The metromover is free and an easy walk! The room itself wasn’t clean, the floors were very dirty/dusty and the bedsheets/pillow cases had stains on them. The floors were very dirty to walk on, looked like they hadn’t been cleaned for awhile! The bathroom mirror and shower had not been cleaned. The pictures advertised are inaccurate of how the room actually looks. The room doesn’t look upkept, the sofa and pillows are worn out, not comfortable to chill on. The view from the balcony is spectacular but the floor had cigarettes/garbage and smelt of marijuana. Not a clean and comfortable stay! The location and amenities of this place are the only added benefit. However definitely NOT worth the money and the added resort fees! We asked for an early check in and were told that we won’t know the availability till the day of and there would be additional fees! Check out time is earlier than many places.”

“Issue was first after checking in a cleaning person was still in the room smoking a weed pen. While he was there we noticed a door was was locked, which was the second bedroom door. It was eventually opened up but at this point it started my trip off pretty annoyed. Place was clean and nice. Another issue i had was the door code it was the room number backwards. Having many valuables such as watches, cash, and clothing I didn’t feel comfortable with that code. This caused me to stay for the first night home because of the paranoia. Could be very superstitious to me but that’s a very obvious code and when you have a lot of money worth of stuff it doesn’t sit right in your stomach. It was eventually changed but it did take a full day and a half. Also pool and balcony access was not available but that was mentioned before booking.”
