“This cabin was absolutely gorgeous! The many balconies and very large porches were really enjoyable. There is a walking trail by a creek right in the back yard as well as a swing set.”

“Stayed here over Memorial Day weekend with my 2- and 5-year-old. There were positives, but overall the property felt less polished and less family-friendly than expected. The property manager was communicative and responsive, and we appreciated the later checkout accommodation. When the TV remote was missing, they eventually brought over a Roku and replacement remote which was thoughtful. Main concerns were cleanliness, maintenance, and listing clarity. We were surprised that there is a second unit sharing the deck and hot tub area, which wasn’t obvious to us from the listing. Neighboring dogs were barking 15ft to the bedroom windows that woke the kids. The deck and outdoor furniture were dirty,stains on cushions/carpets, spiderwebs around the cabin and hot tub, and ants coming inside near the slider door. One lounge chair was broken and unsafe, and the bathtub anti-slip material was peeling up. The cabin has potential but feels like a newer Airbnb working through operational details”

“This is a beautiful home. Clean and tidy with all the comforts of a hotel. The decks and scenery were my favorite. Would definitely like to stay here again given the opportunity.”

“Idyllwild is one of our favorite destinations! This time around my husband wanted to surprise me with a little getaway for my birthday and got a cabin, unfortunately it was nothing like what it was described to be. We started looking around to see if we could find another rental and found this spot! Martha responded to us immediately and allowed us to stay in her beautiful location. It was exactly what we wanted. We felt right at home. Martha was beyond amazing as a host. Definitely plan on coming back to this home for future trips!”
