“We had a wonderful stay! The cabin was cozy, clean, and perfect for our getaway. We especially loved relaxing in the hot tub after a day of adventures. We would definitely stay here again!”

“This cabin is okay, but you do get what you pay for in the sense that it’s a bit outdated, things needs maintenance, & cleanliness is mediocre (for example, we found very moldy coffee grinds in the coffee pot, odors on textiles, & when I hung my towel on a door, it ended up very dusty). Upon booking, there were initial issues with not receiving the contract (read the fine print- they use a vacation management company), & it was difficult to get her to send it to me. When we arrived, out of worry, we also took videos and pics of the stay immediately, upon arrival & before leaving. Idyllwild is so beautiful, and the location is great, but next time I would rather just get a hotel or a stay from a private individual/family. One positive is that the company (we were texting the company, not martha) approved for us to check out one hour later. The owner herself tried calling me at 9:30 am about picking up our trash- that seems unnecessary to do while we were still there and not ready.”

“The layout of the house was good, the location wasn't bad, and it was generally quiet—though during the day there was quite a bit of noise from motorcycles on top of regular traffic. Other than that, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay. However, I wouldn't recommend this place if you have dust allergies or sensitive skin. There was a lot of dust on the window frames and shelves, and the bed was so uncomfortable that my back pain flared up, forcing me to head home after just one day. If these issues are addressed, I would definitely love to visit again.”

“Great location and very quiet. Everything was very clean in terms of kitchen, bathroom, furniture, bedding etc. though my allergies did bother me a lot while inside the home which I think may have been due to the very extensive/eclectic decor (lots of knick knacks) that while providing a certain aesthetic likely harbored a lot of dust. Communication is done through text from a vacation rental company and messages through the Airbnb site/app were slow to/not responded to.”
