What a gem in Kihei! The location is absolutely unbeatable — right on the water with the most incredible views of the ocean waves crashing just outside. My husband and I spent so much time on the balcony soaking it all in, and we loved relaxing in the lounge chairs right along the beach — it was pure paradise. The privacy felt like a real retreat, which is exactly what you want on a Maui vacation. The condo itself was a wonderful home base for exploring the island, and the relaxed, secluded feel made it so easy to just decompress and enjoy the surroundings. One small thing to be aware of: there is an event venue next door, so on occasion you may hear some noise from nearby events. The good news is it always wrapped up by around 9 PM, so it was never a late-night disturbance. Honestly, a very minor thing in the grand scheme of what this place has to offer! We had an absolutely fantastic time and would come back without hesitation. Highly recommend!

We stayed for 4 nights with our 6 month old and the view is amazing. The Airbnb is stocked with almost everything. They provided all the items needed for the beach. The only drawback I see is that the location is very windy and not suitable for an infant.

Had a great stay with my family at this place. Definitely worth the stay and I was there with my whole family including a toddler and baby. It was organized and clean and a nice place to stay with a lot of things to do nearby.

Beautiful location. Great place. Very comfortable. The view was spectacular. Private parking is a huge bonus. Walkable to the very quaint village.

We visited last week of April and weather was perfect. Condo was immaculate; everything as described and pictured. Sunrises from our balcony were picturesque awesome. Minor concerns (maybe not to be published): 1) front door handle latch a little tricky but we got used to it. 2) front door closure spring strong but will not close door all the way. Must remember to pull it closed manually. 3) screen door has gap when closed (maybe due to building settling) allowing hundreds of gnats to enter if glass slider not closed. 4) AC overhead unit in main room was dripping water. I slipped on the puddle but thankfully didn’t fall. I am guessing that condo hadn’t been used for some time and something in the AC was stuck. I mentioned it on our way out to dinner to guy in font office and they contacted my host (for me…) and it was fixed by the time we got back from dinner. 5) maybe turn off all overhead AC units so the AC on balcony AC is not blowing warm air on you. 6) must use paper to check in.

Had high hopes for this place. Our first time in Maui, we arrived late at night. Upon entering we noticed a few bugs-we understand this is by the water. We can handle bugs. Looking around, we realized it was more than that. A complete infestation. Thousands of bugs (literally) swarming the place. Where the wall met the carpet, a thick black line-all bugs. We couldn’t sleep there-the bed was covered. While contacting the host immediately, we saw cockroaches crawling around. We left with our stuff and contacted Airbnb for help. It took hours (until 2 am) for Airbnb to help us, because they said that the host had told them “this was normal in a natural environment.” It was not normal. The host never replied to us. We shared photos and videos with both the host and Airbnb. Eventually our trip was refunded (again, after hrs of begging for help while we were on the side of the road . Airbnb helped, not the host.) Extremely disappointing. We luckily found a great alternative Airbnb.

This place was perfect for our family and had everything that we needed. The beds were very comfortable and the towels were plush. Amy Prentice, the operations manager, was responsive, helpful, kind and friendly. We have no regrets with our decision to stay here.

On the evening of Friday, March 13th, the unit began to flood with heavy rainwater, and the roof started leaking. Soon after, the power went out and we had no hot water to shower with even. There was no assistance available despite multiple attempts to find help. I spent hours trying to clean up the water, working until 3:00 a.m. Exhausted, I tried to rest, but the fire alarm suddenly went off and would not stop, forcing me to disconnect it manually. Things became even more alarming when the building next door partially collapsed. It was extremely frightening, and my wife began having panic attacks. We spent the night without electricity, light, or communication. The next morning (Saturday, March 14th), we still had no hot water and found the property surrounded by over a foot of mud and floodwater, preventing us from leaving. With no way to drive or call for assistance, we were effectively stranded. We survived using a few candles and food until power and hot water were finally rest
