“We had a great stay! We saw elk, deer, and wild horses right from the porch. The hot tub was great, as well as the large fenced in areas for our dogs to play outside. They say in their email that GPS isn't always reliable in finding the place, and Google maps did take us to the wrong location at first. Follow the driving instructions they provide instead!”

“Great cabin, but the check-in process and host were disappointing. The instructions weren’t clear, and I never received the passcode that was supposed to be emailed ahead of time. Since I’m not very experienced with Airbnbs, I expected it through the app. When I contacted Airbnb, they told me to reach out to the host. It was around 10:00 p.m., which I understand is late, but I had no way to access the property. When I spoke with the host, she said, “and you’re just now reaching out?” I explained that I had been dealing with a family emergency and wasn’t checking my email constantly. Despite that, she was rude and came across as passive-aggressive when giving me the information. When I tried to apologize for the late call, she hung up before I could finish. The cabin itself was great, but the host’s attitude and poor communication made the experience frustrating.”

“This was a last minute booking and they handled it beautifully. They were even able to accomidate a bit of an early check in. Because of it being last minute and early they needed to get a hot tub cleaner out last minute and did! No problems and the tech was unabtrusive and helpful. The house was spotless and had a wonderful information book on the house and the surrounding locations. The kitchen is well stocked and easy to cook in. It is a great house for groups of people. The deck looks out over a beautiful view and we had deer in the back quite often. Very quiet nieghborhood. All in all a delightful stay.”
