“Das ist die erste nicht 5 Sterne Bewertung, seit ich Airbnb nutze. Wir hatten jedoch leider sehr schlechte Erfahrungen. Unser Auto wurde abgeschleppt, weil der Host vergessen hat das anzumelden. Wir mussten es selbst wiederbeschaffen und haben dafür zwar die Gebühren, aber nur eine kleine Entschädigung bekommen, dafür das der Tag hinüber war. Die Teppiche waren sicherlich nicht gesaugt, wir fanden unzählige Haare. Die Couch und der Sessel sind defekt. Die Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer funktioniert kaum. Das Wasser im Waschbecken im Bad lief nicht ab und hatte keinen Druck. Dafür musste ein Handwerker während unseres Aufenthalts kommen. der Esstisch und die Türen waren dreckig und diese haben wir auch selbst gereinig. Wir reisen mit Baby daher ist uns Sauberkeit sehr wichtig. Es wird sowohl über Airbnb als auch mit dem Büro über andere Wege kommuniziert. Anweisungen bekommt man daher immer doppelt, während Konversationen gibt es auch automatische Nachrichten, die dann irreführend sind.”

“The place itself met expectations. However the management team and their professionalism wasn’t up to par for what I have experienced as a traveler using Airbnb for over a decade . I contacted them immediately after check out o Sunday and was guaranteed to have my item retuned by Monday. Monday came and all of a sudden the item could no longer be located. The item itself was worth a little over $100 after communicating back-and-forth management. Continue to respond with. It is not our responsibility. Though this is true, I immediately contacted them and was promised that I would receive my item back until the day of. They kept it for themselves and pushed issue onto someone else . This isn’t how you conduct business. This isn’t how you build a positive business reputation would not refer them to anyone because of this”

“Great place to stay and it was immaculately clean. Very peaceful and quiet at night. Only thing I didn’t like was check-in. You have to meet someone and have to provide your ID and sign a form. That should’ve been disclosed initially. otherwise the amenities were great, you’re surrounded by young working professionals, and i always felt safe. Entire building inside smell really nice! Not sure what the fragrance is but it’s something to consider if you’re allergic to fragrances. Highly recommend otherwise.”

“Place is nice, very close to metro. Pool was perfect and the place was clean. One of the TVs was broken prior to check in and nothing was done about it. The check in with the management company although was fine was kind of a pain. Texting multiple numbers and not knowing which one would respond if any did, was not ideal. In the end the place was nice and in a great location but the management company needs better communication.”
