“This stay was perfect for my family’s getaway. The rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. The pool was really nice and the amenities were so convenient. Would stay again.”

“Beautiful, very large house with a really cool and deep pool that our group enjoyed. However, the property was definitely not quite as advertised. The jacuzzi was completely empty and full of leaves when we arrived, and the pool had not been cleaned, so we ended up cleaning it ourselves. The grill area had a large grease and oil stain underneath it that appeared to have been there for some time and attracted quite a few flies. The pool area also had old juice bottles and soda cans left behind, which made it feel like it hadn’t been properly cleaned before our stay. Unfortunately, the cleaners also missed some things inside the house, including previous guests’ underwear left in one of the restrooms. Overall, the house itself is huge and has a lot of potential, and the pool was a highlight, but the cleanliness and maintenance did not match what was advertised”

“The house was very clean and comfortably slept 12 people. No glaring issues, but the NBA jam arcade game did not work and the upstairs toilet did not have a toilet seat. The hot tub did not get as hot as it probably should. Those are my only real complaints. Had that been disclosed this would be 5 stars.”

“For the charge there were so much things wrong with the house. Pool house Dish washer not working, theater curtain torn, pool lights not working, dark pool area, dryer n main bedroom not working, door knob loose across main house kitchen. And there were more. worse of all the AC problems in main house and the one close to the main house.”

“This was one of the worst experiences we’ve ever had with Airbnb. We paid over $3,200 for a two-day stay, drove more than 6 hours with our family and children, and after arriving, we were suddenly forced out for unfair and unreasonable reasons. The host showed no professionalism, respect, or concern for our situation. Instead of trying to resolve anything, they canceled our stay and left us stranded for over 5 hours with kids and luggage while we searched for another place to stay. We genuinely felt discriminated against based on how quickly and aggressively the host handled the situation. The entire experience was stressful, humiliating, and completely ruined our trip. Airbnb should seriously investigate this host. No guest paying this amount of money should ever be treated this way.”
