“Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Coastal Charm. The inside is even better in person and very comfortable - while providing a clean and stylish interior that has something to offer everyone. Plenty of seating, bedrooms, bathrooms, decks for morning coffee or happy time margaritas. Loved the decorating touches that were done without adding clutter - bright and pretty. Easy access to the beach and only a short drive to grocery and downtown. Best of all - easy walk to top notch restaurants and the brewery. The host was very responsive and helpful when I inadvertently confused the front door lock - much appreciated. Thanks for sharing this jewel with us.”

“We had a lovely stay here to celebrate our thirtieth birthdays! We walked a bunch, I wouldn’t say the walk to the beach is super quick, so plan on biking or driving. The house is beautiful and comfortable and the hosts were incredibly kind and went above and beyond! The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. Would highly recommend!”

“Great location. Walkable to beach and restaurants. However, the townhouse needs a deep cleaning and serious updating. It has great potential but definitely not worth the cost. Towels/bed linens had stains and holes in them. The outside furniture was filthy and had to be scrubbed prior to using. The decks were covered in leaves and had trash left on them. The oven set off the fire alarm every time we used it and desperately needs to be cleaned. Be aware that They only provide 6 wash cloths. The curtains in the upstairs bedrooms are way too sheer and do not provide much privacy. Like I said this could be a great property if they would spend a little TLC on it.”

“Great location and beautiful views. Clean and well decorated. Check-in process was a bit cumbersome. I’m also a host and found the process of going to an external website and having to upload photos of myself less than an ideal process. Otherwise everything was great.”

“The apartment was small, cozy, and cute. It has a well stocked kitchen. It was clean. The location was 1.5 blocks from beach access, and walkable to restaurants and pier. Neighborhood felt safe, quiet. Perfect for one or 2 travelers. My downside was that I felt unsafe because the window in the living room had no lock. Anyone could open it from the outside. Should be an easy fix for the owners if desired. There was no keurig although it was listed in description, but I made it work by using their drip coffeemaker and opening the k-cups to use as grounds. If u want close to the beach and restaurants, this is a great spot overall. Only caveat, No outdoor space for visitors to use. Check-out felt pressured, as the rental company sent several messages, starting the day before, to remind of the importance of checking out on time, giving a list of clean-up instructions, and threatening to impose an extra charge if one stays a second past 10:00am. No hotel does this, and it’s annoying.”
