“Absolutely perfect location in Hilton Head right on the beach. The pool and pool bar were fantastic! It is directly across the street from Coligny Plaza. We did not need to drive our car at all. We ordered bikes delivered to our condo. The rooms were very spacious and clean. I have been to Hilton Head many times and this is one of the best places I have stayed. I would definitely stay here again!”

“Location was fantastic. You are basically on the beach and it’s a private entrance so the beach was not overcrowded. It’s also very walkable to the main Coligny beach area. House has plenty of space for us and everything operates off of codes so you don’t need a key.”

“The place we stayed was clean. It looked as it was staged to be on the market to sell. Thankfully they were just two of us I don’t where anyone else could have sat. The mattress was horrible none of the blankets looked clean. Bathroom tile had been painted and mold was coming through the paint. Side seating area I don’t think it had been cleaned are blowed off for a long while. In saying all of this we did enjoy our time at the beach. However we did leave a day early. I wouldn’t stay again.”

“Great stay. The place was very clean when we arrived, easy to get in and get out and great access to the beach with a shared pool. On our first night, we did not have bed sheets in the unit for the pullout sofa that we were not able to get until the following day. We additionally asked if there would be beach chairs and the host responded saying there was 2, but when we couldn't find them the host revised saying they were not provided. Outside of these communication and amenities issues, the stay was wonderful.”

“Great experience. Would recommend to any families. Only negative was that there were not two parking spots available like we were told there would be. That wasn’t an issue, I just called and the property company was quick to respond. However, I spoke to Vanessa and in less than a minute she was short, rude, and not helpful. She didn’t understand the parking situation herself and had to ask other people while she was on the phone with me giving me directions that were obviously not correct because others were telling her something different. She didn’t seem to have an understanding on the parking situation at the property and was frustrated with me when I was telling her that there wasn’t a spot available. She said she didn’t believe what I was saying. I would stay here again, but hopefully Vanessa will not be helping us.”

“We enjoyed staying here. Very good central location to the beach and Coligny plaza. Would stay here again forsure! They also left us a few awesome surprises upon check in! I would gladly book again!”

“The home was exactly how it is pictured and was perfect for our family getaway. The rooms were spacious and the pool was clean! The only couple things that were tricky was the parking and TV. The parking pass wasn’t very clear and we tried to park at the sea lines beach club and one day they let us and the next day they did not. We called host to coast and asked them where we could park and they told us a parking lot that we tried and the attendant told us we couldn’t park there. We had to take a trolley with all our beach gear and walk so that was pretty inconvenient. Also the tv in the living room didn’t work. Overall the place was very clean and spacious and we enjoyed our stay!”

“This is a tired, beat up home. We stayed four nights and couldn’t get the pool safe to go in until day 3. The location is awesome but I wouldn’t recommend this house.”
