“The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The view from the balcony was absolutely breathtaking—truly one of the highlights of our stay. Access to the beach was very easy and convenient, which made the location even better. We also felt very safe throughout our stay, with 24-hour security in the building. All the essential services and amenities are available within the building, making everything very convenient. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, safe, and beautiful beachfront stay.”

“The Condo was great! Everything as described. The condo is located inside a hotel, which was confusing to locate and uncertain at check in at front desk. The hotel itself was nice but had a lot of issues with elevator access to get to the condo. The hotel also would stop everyone trying to get outside to the beach access and not allow and drinks or personal cups/ containers. Which was very frustrating and would force people to go out the front entrance that did not have beach access. The hotel was annoying but the condo was great!”

“The place was very spacious and clean, stocked with daily essentials. The kitchen had pretty much everything you may need to cook basic meals. One of the elevators was out of order so sometimes there was a long wait to get up & down the floors, but we understand that’s not something the host can control. Overall, satisfied with our stay. Location, cleanliness, & space was great. Instructions to get in were very clear and easy to follow.”

“There was a half-drank can of Ginger ale in one of the closets when we arrived. The AC also did not do well to keep the house cool during the day, despite keeping the doors and windows closed as suggested. Otherwise the house was nice, clean, and perfect for the occasion.”

“PLEASE READ This review is posted under Apartment 901 only because Airbnb no longer allows me to review Apartment 1001, the premium oceanfront apartment I originally booked. I paid over $5,600 months in advance expecting the spacious luxury apartment shown in the listing. Instead, Apartment 1001 was much smaller than the photos led me to believe and did not justify the premium price. Within minutes, I asked to move back to Apartment 901 because I had stayed there before and knew it would better fit my family. Although we hadn’t used anything, I was still charged a cleaning fee. I later discovered Apartment 901 rents for over $3,000 less, something I didn’t know when I agreed to move. When I raised my concerns, I expected understanding and professionalism. Instead, I felt dismissed, argued with, and that my concerns were minimized. The listing created a very different impression than what I experienced. Please BE CAREFUL with this HOST before booking no one deserves to go through this!”

“Unfortunately, our experience was not a good one. During our stay, there were leaks and water intrusion issues in the property, which significantly affected both the comfort and safety of the home. What was most concerning was not only the condition of the house, but the complete lack of follow-up and support from the host or management team. We reported the issue, and no one came to address it, no one showed up, and no one even called or checked in to see whether the problem had been resolved or whether we were okay. At the very least, we expected a responsible response, some presence, and a genuine effort to resolve such a serious situation, but none of that happened. For that reason, we cannot recommend this experience.”
