“The place was great, matched the pictures and description. lot of space, super clean, hotel level bathrooms and great ocean view. was a great stay for family with enough rooms and beds to accommodate everyone.”

“This was one of the best bnb’s I’ve stayed in. Place was spacious with great balcony views, the pool had a kids and adults pool with a great beach bar, there was beach access from the hotel. The whole group loved it. There are some bad reviews for the hotel in general that are completely unjustified. Would stay again!”

“This home was stunning! the pictures are a perfect representation of what awaits you, and this corner unit does not disappoint! Beach views for days, and 2 separate balcony’s give you plenty of space to relax in the ocean breezes. Mark was super responsive, but we did not need much- the instructions we received in advance had everything we needed. The home was impeccably clean and bright, and had everything we needed for 4 adults. It was perfect for a beach vacation for my group… not loud, or too crowded- and easy access to south beach activities using the easily accessible trolly! We’ll be back!”

“Mark and Alex were incredible hosts! The attention to detail and cleanliness of every inch was above and beyond. Everything was designed with a clean esthetic in mind and uncluttered. The spaciousness of the rooms was more than expected for our larger party and we all enjoyed the common spaces inside as well as the balcony outside! The entire B&B was modern and felt very high end. The building itself was gorgeous and easy to get around. The pools were as described as well as the gym. We especially appreciated that there was a shop and coffee shop in the lobby area as well as security at the door. The safety of the building was prominent which put our minds at ease as we were a large group of women. Check in and check out instructions were clear and precise. This is a perfect spot!”

“Condo was very clean and modern. Comfortable stay with nice beds and furniture. TVs could be improved. The second bedroom and bathroom are very small, so be prepared for that if you will be using both. The property is not the quietest...we could hear noise from other condos through the walls. Not bad, but it doesn't seem as well-built as many similar buildings. Nice balcony with oceanfront views. The main bedroom has a sliding glass "barn door" style door separating it from the living room, and a shade that rolls down for privacy. Getting in and out of the room is a bit of a chore, and disruptive if one person is trying to get out of the room in the morning while the other is sleeping. Just kind of an odd set-up. Still, it was a nice location and very clean. I would recommend it with the caveats noted.”

“Check-in and communication were responsive; however, the check-in process itself was disorganized and took about 40 minutes late at night, as the front desk had difficulty locating our reservation. The cleanliness did not meet expectations, we found items left behind from a previous guest (used contact lenses on the nightstand), which we flagged immediately. There were also additional concerns, including what appeared to be hair/residue and visible marks/stains on furniture. The first night was extremely difficult due to excessive noise until around 5 AM on a weekday. As we were in town for a work conference, this made it nearly impossible to rest. While the host directed us to building security, the overall experience was impacted. Repeated requests for a 5-star review also felt uncomfortable given the stay.”
