“Great for out large family! We enjoyed the semi private pool directly out back!”

“Almost $11k for a week stay is expensive. Zero items in the kitchen. No salt, no pepper, no napkins it had pots and pans but nothing you actually need to cook. beware of that and at Hawai’i prices that’s an additional $200+/-. Beds & bathroom - clean and comfortable. Property is nice and clean. Pool - great but poolside service is costly $20-$25 per drink. Quick friendly service. Pool security - pool security needs training and customer service skills. Resort at about 65% occupancy. Lots of empty lounge chairs available. Security waited till I walked away from my chair to go tag it. So apparently your not allowed to swim, go to the restroom or order from Dukes without the fear of security taking your items once you walk away. Best thing is I timed when I left and I was gone 27 minutes. He came back at 34 minutes to confiscate items. Not cool, and when I tried to speak with him, he completely blew me off. Not professional. Otherwise nice resort.”

“We loved our stay! It has a slight resort feel with communal pools but with the added bonus of a kitchen and living area, plus the balcony view and beachfront access were the best parts. Would recommend for families as the kid pool was great for little ones and the beach was easy to get to.”

“The property is well maintained, with very manicured landscaping. Pools are nice with plenty of furniture, could find pool chairs any time of the day. The beach its on is nice with pretty calm waters, makes it easy to swim or snorkel.”

“We had a great time at this condo. Perfect for a young family. The only issue was the quality of the mattresses. They were very uncomfortable - lumpy and unsupportive. It was difficult to have a good night sleep because of this. Otherwise, a great place with lots of convenience.”

“We had some BIG issues. First, garage door was broken so couldn’t park in garage and had 2 cars. Initially told ok to park on side road next to condo but that was incorrect as we got 2, yes 2, parking warnings within 10 minutes! Mia, manager was NOT polite at first and didn’t think I understood what a marked rectangle parking spot shape was;TV not a smart tv so bring your own HDMI cable; BBQ was disassembled; outdoor motorized blind didn’t work so blinded if you use patio at dinner time; lots of mosquitos inside bathrooms when we got there. Security manager came later at night to say it had been reported that I felt harassed about parking warnings and he repeatedly told me “his guys were only doing their job.” I was tired of him raising his voice at me after I repeatedly asked him to lower his as my grand child was sleeping and told him that yes, getting 2 tickets in 10 minutes tells me your guys have nothing better to do. Grounds and pools are great!”

“Great location and amenities. Place itself is spacious with a great ocean view. The furniture could use an update (couch stains, droopy mattress, cheep bedding and pillows) but this did not drastically take away from our experience. The washing machine leaked and after notifying the management no one ever came to fix.”

“Screen in master bedroom shattered. Master bathroom toilet leaked. Not enough seating, did not match the online pictures. Patio seating was limited and sheets did not fit bed in spare bedroom, twin bed pushed together. Couldn’t use oven, smelled like gas. Dishwasher doesn’t use the pods and doesn’t really clean the dishes. Great view, roomy, great location and good parking. AC didn’t work well, hard to control it he temp and we were denied late check out.”
