“The apartment was fantastic, great location, period. We had a few unpleasant experiences. To avoid a refused early check-in (I was traveling with family and a child with allergies, so we opted for an apartment with a kitchen to avoid problems), we arranged with the host the day before to check in at 7 am the day after the rental began, which was much later than the initial check-in at 3 pm the day before. Due to a serious error, we waited until 9 am to enter an apartment for which we had paid for check-in at 3 pm the day before. Our child was hungry after a 15-hour trip, and we had to wait. Okay. After this serious problem, we entered the apartment and, as in the photos, it was fantastic. However, it was full of sand from the beach, in an apartment with a lot of carpet, and we had to clean it ourselves. The carpet had several food scraps. The host offered extra cleaning to mitigate the problem, but I had already done it myself. They also refunded the extra day's fee to avoid early chec”
