“This home was a great spot for our family vacation. Home was well stocked with everything needed for a beach home. Tyler was very responsive for questions and provided us with all we needed.”

“We loved our stay at Villa 54! It was exactly as described and pictured. Tyler was super responsive before and after the trip. The living room setup and couch were a highlight of the stay. Kitchen is well-equipped. The beach and BHI Club are easily accessible (maybe 3 min walk to either). Highly, highly recommend!”

“My wife and I absolutely loved Tyler's home. Being such a close distance to the beach was also a huge plus for us having two young kids. We messaged Tyler on a couple of occasions while we were there with questions we had and he was very quick to respond. BHI in itself is a great place to visit, and Tyler's home was the perfect place for us and what we were looking for. We would absolutely stay there again if we do vacation in BHI again in the near future.”

“We had an absolutely incredible stay at this home in Bald Head Island! It was our first trip to the island and the house exceeded our expectations. It was new, clean, comfortable, and exactly like the pictures. The home was beautiful we loved the location! It was so easy to hop in the golf cart and get to the beach, as well as explore other areas of the island. Tyler was extremely responsive and checked-in multiple times during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. We can’t wait to book our next trip!”

“Our group of 8 adults (with 5 kids 5y/o and under) all agreed that this was the best beach house we’ve ever stayed at. The layout was amazing. All rooms were spacious with en suite full bathrooms, so everyone got a great room instead of someone feeling like they got the short end of the stick. The main living area space was the perfect size for a large group. The interior upgrades were all beautiful, with new and stylish finishes, giving a sense of luxury. For our group with so many young kids, we were also pleasantly surprised to find a large tub of legos (and other toys) that occupied the kids’ attention in between the beach and pool. And they loved easy beach access. As a result, this was a wonderful screentime-free trip. Tyler was incredibly responsive as host, bringing a high chair over immediately when we asked for one. Overall, I can’t imagine a better beach house, whether at BHI (this was the 4th home we’ve had at BHI) or otherwise. We are all excited to hopefully return soon!”

“Our stay at Sandy Cheeks was absolutely incredible. The place is gorgeous, in a great location, and despite having neighbors, felt like a private retreat. While we encountered a few hiccups during the stay that were completely out of Tyler’s control, he made it his mission to ensure that nothing went unsolved. He was super responsive, helpful, and our group was so impressed with his commitment to ensuring our stay was an enjoyable one. We all agreed we need to come back next year!”

“Bleu Finn exceeded our expectations! The location was quiet, peaceful and easily accessible to local restaurants and shopping. (If you have special dietary needs, local market has limited food choices). The golf cart was a bonus to explore BHI! We utilized and thoroughly enjoyed the BHI Club pool, fitness center and restaurants. Highly recommend We are captivated with the atmosphere and energy of BHI and plan to rent from Tyler again!”
