“We absolutely loved our stay here! From the moment we walked in, it felt like the perfect vacation home. Every bedroom had its own adorable Disney theme, which made it so much fun for our family. The house was spotless, spacious, and had everything we needed. Our son loved the game room, and we spent every evening relaxing in the pool and grilling dinner after long days at Disney and Universal. Having smart TVs in every room was a great bonus, so everyone could unwind and watch their favorite shows. The gated community made us feel safe and secure, and the location couldn’t have been better. We were just a short drive from both Disney and Universal, with plenty of restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping nearby. This home truly made our vacation even more memorable. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, family-friendly place that’s close to all the attractions!”

“My family and I enjoyed our stay at Lynn's Place. It had more space than we needed; five bedrooms and five baths. We had a couple of minor issues that were taken care of: 1. the ice machine in the refrigerator was not working and it was fixed the next day, 2. I noticed small roaches in the kitchen/laundry area on the second night (all my food was kept in the refrigerator or sealed btw) and asked for an exterminator to check out the place - they left a note saying that these creatures were common in the area and even after treatment I still found a few after their visit. Some suggestions: another reviewer made it already but towel racks in the bathrooms would be much appreciated as there was no where to put your things while you got dressed. Also, providing at least one roll of paper towel and one replacement toilet paper would be nice as well as some more dish detergent to be able to wash dishes as we were only given two pods. All in all, we had a nice stay and it was worth the price.”

“We enjoyed our stay overall, but I wanted to share some honest feedback. The main reason I booked this house was because of the pool and the game room for the kids. Unfortunately, the game room was extremely difficult to use because there was no air conditioning. In the middle of a Florida summer, being in a garage without A/C is incredibly uncomfortable. To make matters worse, the ceiling fan was broken, and the only fan provided was a very inexpensive floor fan with such a short cord that it barely reached anywhere useful. The game room ended up being much less enjoyable than we had expected. We also found two large roaches that were dying inside the house. We picked them up ourselves and threw them away in the garage, but it was still unpleasant to encounter. Communication was inconsistent throughout our stay. To be honest, I was never really sure who our actual host was. The one person who truly stood out was Susan. Bless her heart, she genuinely tried her best to help us and wa”

“Initially when you first walk in, the place looks nice. But when we started to look around and everyone started to get situated, we noticed some issues. The place wasn't as clean as we had expected. One of the tubs upstairs had a ring around it and the shower liner was dirty. One bathroom had a stench coming from it. The two minion beds were hard as a board. The only comfortable bed was the one downstairs. Some of the TVs didn't work. The game room was unleveled so playing pool wasn't happening. There was some cookware and the countertops needed to be wiped. Overall, the stay wasn't completely bad because we were mostly out at the parks, but it could have been better.”

“The house was nice but there’s only one thermostat and it was upstairs. It was very cool downstairs and warm upstairs! The AC went out on the 3rd night, so it was very warm that night! Lynn got an AC guy out the next day. Thank you! Also, it would have been a good idea to have towel racks in the bathrooms so they would dry faster! It was nice that there was a washer and dryer to wash them but we had to buy our own washing detergent! She should have explained that. There was enough pans but for a large family using the dishes, there would have been more dishwasher soap so we could keep the dishes clean. Overall, we had a nice time and would go back again, with these exceptions taken care of! Thank you!”

“While the house looked as pictured, our stay was ruined by a total lack of water and poor management. We discovered no running water at 5:30 AM on our first morning. Communication was delayed and misleading; the property manager initially blamed a city water main burst, but neighbours confirmed they had water. It was actually a localised issue at our property. The manager eventually admitted they couldn’t source the part to fix it and provided no timeline. We were left without water, unable to wash, cook, or use toilets. Homes of America only properly responded after Airbnb intervened, offering an inferior property as a substitute. We were ultimately forced to relocate. Between the lack of basic utilities and the dismissive communication, we cannot recommend this host.”
