“We had such a wonderful stay! The beautiful lanai and pool were highlights — we loved sipping coffee at sunrise while watching the golfers go by. The home is beautifully furnished, clean, and cozy, with lovely new floors throughout. The host was quick to respond and take action, and the property managers were efficient and on top of all the “typical owning a house in Florida” things. Quiet street, great vibes — see you next year!”

“Really enjoyed my stay here. When we first checked in, we noticed that the A/C was not working. Reached out to the host and a repair was there within an hour (at 7pm by the way) and had it working in no time. Very responsive host for sure. The pool was great and the jacuzzi got nice and hot which was perfect to soak get in after a long day at the parks. Interior of the house looked exactly like the pictures. My only con that I can think of is that there is a regulation that the A/C is not supposed to be turned below 72 degrees or it risks damaging it due to freezing pipes. I am used to having it cooler in the house (usually around 67-68), and sadly, there were a few nights I found myself waking up hot. A remedy to this is thankfully, there is a collection of fans in the garage that are available to use. That being said, it was the only negative I found (which is not really a fault of the owner) and wouldn’t necessarily deter me from staying here again.”

“Host was great and very responsive and proactive to deal with things. However, a number of issues cropped up which meant disruption to our trip and the home is showing more wear and tear than we expected for this price point - we are regular visitors to this resort and Kissimmee in general. Issues included broken AC, broken pool screen/netting, broken bug screens on doors, loose screws on pantry door handle risking injury, weeds on pool deck and cockroaches in pool area. The biggest issue was a broken AC unit which would not cool nor heat the property effectively. This was particularly challenging during a cold spell and while travelling with kids. No offer of a refund or similar from the property, disappointing for the number of issues we faced.”

“While the house looked as pictured, our stay was ruined by a total lack of water and poor management. We discovered no running water at 5:30 AM on our first morning. Communication was delayed and misleading; the property manager initially blamed a city water main burst, but neighbours confirmed they had water. It was actually a localised issue at our property. The manager eventually admitted they couldn’t source the part to fix it and provided no timeline. We were left without water, unable to wash, cook, or use toilets. Homes of America only properly responded after Airbnb intervened, offering an inferior property as a substitute. We were ultimately forced to relocate. Between the lack of basic utilities and the dismissive communication, we cannot recommend this host.”

“Gostamos muito da casa, ela é espaçosa e igual as fotos, tem utensílios para utilizar tranquilamente, bem como, toalhas, cobertores e tudo que foi necessário. Na região da piscina tinham algumas teias de aranha, nas espreguiçadeiras e nas cadeiras de fora. Mas tirando isso gostamos muito da casa, e com certeza voltaríamos novamente.”
