“What a lovely home! Our family (kids 8, 10, & 13) had the BEST time at Latitude Adjustment. The home is spacious, comfortable, sparkling clean, and in the most perfect location. We could walk to the pools (3 minutes) the delightful shops & food trucks (4 minutes) and to the gorgeous private beach (7 minutes) easily. The screened porch and swing were so relaxing, and it was so quiet and peaceful in the home. Polite neighbors all around and a lovely community. You’ll definitely want to stop at Publix or Wal-Mart on the drive into Seaside for the basics (like salt & pepper, etc.) but the owners will provide coffee, bottle of wine, two beach towels, and an awesome beach bag you get to keep! Beach pro-tip: if Cabanaman (exclusive contract for this home’s private beach) is sold out or charging $300+ for the back row…pick up a couple of beach chairs and an umbrella while you’re out buying groceries, then, find a family to give them away to at the end of your stay. ;)”
