“The home was very clean when we arrived. It is nicely decorated. The kitchen is well appointed for cooking. The neighborhood feels safe and is walkable & close to the marina. Claudia was responsive when we needed to communicate.”

“We had the best vacation! The house was so beautiful and had the most amazing views of the canal. The pool was one of our favorite spots to hang out and relax. The location is great and close to shops, grocery stores and places to eat. We did not want to leave at the end of the week! The host along with her husband were very responsive and helped us with anything we needed. Looking forward to visiting here again in the near future!”

“AMAZING! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Claudia’s place. The back yard is top-notch…so large, so private, so tranquil, the best ever! The pool, the fountains, jets, the fire pit and just the space in general was impressive, and massive! The house was beautiful, comfortable and well-equipped. We had everything we needed and then some. I’m pretty picky but I literally cannot find a single thing to complain about with this property or host. Loved that so many dinning/shopping options are so close. I hope to return again next year! Just book this place already, you won’t regret it!!”

“We absolutely loved this place! Claudia and and Dennis (who personally checked us in after our arrival) were both so clear and helpful. The house was very well appointed and in terrific condition - clean and bright. All the starter items were available to get us settled without a hassle. It was also peaceful, well decorated and had tons of room for our family of 5 to spread out and truly relax. The pool was a hit with everyone, and we all felt at home and at ease. We will definitely be looking to rent again when we return to the area.”

“The property matches the pictures perfectly!!! The house is well maintained inside and outside. The property was private for a corner lot and very quiet every day. The pool was covered and very warm without the heater on, which was perfect for spring break week. The kitchen was stocked with all the must haves. The bikes and beach chairs were an added bonus. The beds were very comfortable (2 kings and 1 queen). There were plenty of towels for the bathrooms, pool, and beach for 4 adults. We were extremely happy to stay here for spring break! The house is in a great location to dining in Cape Coral, Fort Myers, and Sanibel Island. All positives from our experience with the house and the hosts. We would definitely stay at this house or one of their other properties.”

“My family and I stayed at The Pearl for 2 weeks over Canadian March Break. We enjoyed our time at the house throughly- the house was gorgeous, way exceeded our expectations! Quite frankly, It was the nicest air B&B we’ve ever stayed in! Every inch of the house was perfectly maintained. All of the linens and towels were such beautiful quality. Our kids swam everyday and we were allowed to adjust the heat in the pool and hot tub at our desecration. We are already considering returning next year, that’s how much we loved it. It was also a very nice touch to meet the property managers in person the day after arrival and upon leaving, such VIP service”

“Our family loved our stay here. Dennis was so helpful and friendly at check in. The house was extremely clean. They thoughtfully provided lots of kitchen items and even have spices. This airbnb rental works so nicely for multi generational families. The master suite has its own private hallway. The lanai and pool were wonderful. We appreciated being able to use the garage. We made great memories here. Thank you for sharing your home with us.”
